I recently purchased Snapme and am extremely disappointed.

Firstly, Snapme offers only basic functionality unless you pay extra for better options. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic, where you have to shell out more money to get the features you actually want.

Secondly, the images provided are very poor quality—ugly and fake-looking. It’s clear that little effort was put into making them appealing or realistic.

To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent. I’ve emailed them multiple times about a refund and have yet to receive any response.

Save your time and money and avoid Snapme.

This is really more of a photo editing app than an app that generates AI images. It did work pretty well to remove/ erase background items. But in terms of AI - my observations are that it takes your face/ your own head and puts it in different outfits or backgrounds. The photo itself is not even really touched up by “AI.” The user has to do various edits like ‘contrast’ or ‘sharpness’ etc to change the picture’s appearance. If you want a photo editor, Snapme seems decent, with a lot of options. But if you are looking for an AI image generator, this is not the best app for that.

As a person working in AI, I canceled Snapme immediately this is a terrible product. The reproduction doesn't look anything like the person they change the hair color and do not provide the same outfit. It's hard for me to believe this is actually AI. It must be a very early version of your product.
