I found this app on TikTok from some creator. I decided to download the app and try it and was immediately met with a review suggestion. Why put a review suggestion when you just open the app, I haven’t even tried it yet. On top of that still have to pay $7.99 WEEKLY??? But oh it gives you the 25% discount. FOR WHAT?? To Stil Steal Money From You???? And there is no X button to exit, YOU’RE TRAPPED THERE. You have two options: either pay the 5.99 a week or swipe up, delete and start over. And that’s all the app is, it has a chat and results tab, but they ain’t dookie. THIS APP IS USELESS.
But if u rlly want ur colors, pay the 5.99 then cancel. It’s a nice investment.

I saw this on insta and really wanted to try it and at first it seemed great I picked the photo and said analyze. But then it made me wait a minute just to say I had to pay like 8 bucks I immediately un downloaded it and now I’m here. It is a lot cheaper than if you got it professionally done with the same results but it says nothing abt having to pay for this part of the app.

You can only get an analysis with premium (a WEEKLY premium subscription); seriously don’t bother. You won’t be able to get your results anyways. Multiple times I tried to get my results and was met with “Unexpected Error”. Not an issue with signal/ service, and I even tried to close out the app and even restarted my phone but had the same issue. I would have reported this issue in the app but there is no option to do so.
