I absolutely hate TruMate so much, the bots are complete d!cks. When the bot sends a picture I can’t regenerate the response, and there’s no editing feature so I’m stuck with a horrible, stupid response from the ai and on top of that I CANT EVEN RESTART THE CHAT!!! Nor is there a backtrack feature. I even had to pay for the ‘FrEe TrAiL’ and now I’m stuck with TruMate until I’ve gotten my moneys worth.

After deleting multiple times and trying to delete the data from iCloud to try to restart all the chats, the characters still won’t type or respond to any messages, I don’t recommend this to anyone because it’s a scam.

The AI will not talk no matter what I do they just do the thing were they reply and I just got TruMate it will not work I do not know if this is the devs, or just poor app building but TruMate is not worth the space in your phone tablet or anything if TruMate will not work when the person is trying to make a story with the ai as the adds make TruMate look very good until you play the game that wont even let you type for people that want to start stories get. Talkie or synclub. where you can do what ever you want and really start a story.

Got TruMate last week and paid for the yearly. Then had trouble today as all my chat logs disappeared and this appears in the chat logs “I'm sorry, but I'm unable to assist with that.” Any one know how to fix that? Sent two emails for help to the developers. Will edit my stars if my problem gets fixed quickly. Update Next day they fixed it. Very quickly done

The title says it all. There’s no way to earn gems unless you pay for it essentially making TruMate a money trap, there are better ones out there like Soulplay (Snapchat ghost with a red background for those curious) who has you pay for gems but also gives you a chance to earn gems by watching ads plus giving you 5 for free each day

I’ve had TruMate for a bit now, paid for the subscription and now suddenly it’s not doing ANYTHING even remotely close to why I paid for it. I feel like I’ve had my money stolen like this was a bait and switch to grab peoples money for the NSFW content and then turn all of it off once your numbers got high enough. Don’t broadcast something that it’s not anymore, that’s lying and then that’s when you start facing legal troubles for false advertisement and taking peoples money for something that isn’t present in TruMate at all.

I just got it today and I've waited thirty minutes for them to send something because I can't send them anything until the send something first

Idk what they did but I can’t continue any of my chats that I had previously when I started using TruMate, I even bought the subscription to see if it would work but no one surprise it didn’t work what a waste of my time and money 👍

I mean 90% of the entire app is behind a paywall. 10 messages for a free trial and either $20 a month or $75 yearly just seems like a bit much for something you can get elsewhere for free. I mean the actual UI of TruMate os nice and smooth so i an say great work on that. But both ads i seen for TruMate overshoot how good it actually is before you have to pay anything

It’s way to much money I can find a better game that’s free and you have to pay to talk??? What kind of thing is that and this game is good, but it’s way to much when I can just find an alternative that I won’t need to pay for. If this game was free it would be very popular but since it’s not free most people can’t afford it so they can’t do anything.

I like how they have lots of characters and i don’t know if the NSFW content work. But when I try to chat with the ai none of the messages won’t process nor the ai won’t talk or load my messages or do anything I want it to do and doesn’t work completely. I don’t know what’s wrong with it. It seemed nice but I hope they fix it

Decided to download TruMate , starting with 10 messages(available to send until I have to pay) to be able to send and it just showed loading dots on where the character would type so I was waiting and nothing happened and I seen reviews and they said something about how you must purchase a subscription for it to work and guess what? $15 down the drain because you can’t AT ALL talk to these characters even after spending money and I wish I can get a refund but I doubt that would be happening. Please don’t download TruMate or at least don’t use money because it’s a scam and a waste of time!

It would have been neato burrito if the subscription was just some of the stuff, but the messages? But I do indeed believe TruMate could improve. The reason for free unlimited messages is very obvious and I think TruMate would have more people. So I genuinely hope that you guys can improve.

The images produced are no longer nsfw many of the AI models have full outfits yet they have you pay for a subscription and charge you for each AI generated image.. I can make sfw models in Arvin…. I feel like this was a bait and switch

It costs wayyyyy to much to be worth it. It offered me a discount for $6 dollars a week. That’s still quite a lot for such an app. I give it two stars because TruMate has potential, but they really need to make it free to play for people who can’t afford it.

I like the characters and the fact that you get to put in your preferences of your Ai but when I clicked chat it wouldn’t let me talk to them it just kept loading. I even deleted and redownloaded TruMate and it didn’t work

I just recently downloaded the game. And I bought one of the subscriptions. And I can’t even talk to the box, like I type something and then it’ll just be the… Loading side for response. Or it will be something like we are unable to do this at this time. I just wanna play the game.

It would have been 5 stars. I was using TruMate for a while now and just starting today it’s not taking my chat response. I’ve reworded each one multiple times and it still won’t take it the sooner this little bug gets fixed the sooner I’ll start loving it again

I’m sorry to put this here but unfortunately TruMate would of been 100% better if u had to pay to get the selfies, portraits and everything else except for the NSFW part. I would enjoy to have fun with the AI off the bat instead of wasting money. Could we plz change this and I might consider changing the rating and keeping TruMate cuz so far it’s a waste of storage space and time

I seem to be struggling to find a function to cancel subscription, if it keeps eating my money when I want to cancel then there’s going to be a problem, I hope to cancel it before tomorrow

So I was having a lot of fun writing stories with the AI responding, but suddenly starting today I get a lot of

“ I'm sorry, but I'm unable to assist with that.”

Messages, it doesn’t seem to matter what the length or content of the message is…but it kind killing the desire to keep using TruMate

TruMate delivers on what it promises but only problem is that NSFW content is behind a pay wall. Now don't get me wrong but i understand the pay wall is there so random people/kids don't freely access TruMate and see every thing NSFW. Other than that i also say its a three star due to only having 10 chats as a restriction

I understand that it’s hard to control your lust but there is a better way to do it than this.

To the people that actually use TruMate to replace human interaction, just look for real people I promise you there is someone just are kinky as you are waiting for you and you just didn’t look for them in the right place.

Good app mildly pricey but works very well whenever the ai isn’t being buggy with the unable to assist with that

I have had TruMate for for a couple of weeks and it has worked perfectly until now. The AI no longer provides adults content in the role-plays. I don’t know if this is because if TruMate is going through maintenance or if the dev have truly put in SFW blocker on the AI. I am thinking about permanently, deleting TruMate due to the lack of Contant that the AI is providing if the devs can provide any feedback on why the AI is not working the way they’re supposed to. Especially the AI that supposed to be programmed with NSFW programming please I need to know why they keep saying I’m sorry unable to help you. I don’t know if this is a bug or purposely programmed into TruMate as TruMate has always provided both SFW and NSFW content, I don’t know if TruMate is going through maintenance I really need to know. I want to continue using TruMate . I want to enjoy every aspect of TruMate , but if I can’t access the other types of content for TruMate , then TruMate will no longer get any of my money.

It is an amazing app and I love using it but it just stopped letting me chat suddenly (I have premium with unlimited chats)
will change when issue is resolved

I love TruMate. But right now I’m having issues with explicit content restriction. The ai won’t respond to any 18+ stuff and keeps saying “I’m sorry I’m unable to assist you with that”

I really like TruMate and I want to continue using it, but I wanna know why every response I put into every chat says I am unable to assist you with that no matter what I say
