Very buggy. Some of the menu options are stuck below the broom of the screen. When updating attributes you cannot decrease your dots. All in all not good.

This product seems to be just an advertisement. I cannot get to the character at all! After an ad plays the countdown stops and nothing happens....
I am not terribly satisfied.

I could not even name a new character without getting three pop ups and then getting taken to StoryTellingCharacterSheet Store for canceling the ad.
by Limboisboring
Can’t even tell if it’s a decent app for creation, I literally went through 9 ads while trying to type up a char name.

I can't even get to the character stuff. All I get are ads.
by Leafytaco
I can't do anything in this thing without getting hit in the face with adds.

I couldn't even make a character before it was sucking me to StoryTellingCharacterSheet Store WITHOUT me hitting any ads!

StoryTellingCharacterSheet is just a giant ad, it doesn't do anything at all but redirect to StoryTellingCharacterSheet Store.

Do NOT download StoryTellingCharacterSheet — it’s a shameless front for additional app-ware. I don’t know how this one got past Apple, but I’m reporting this for what it is: a scam to advertise and sell other software. I deleted it as soon as I received the message “congratulations! You’ve won!”, followed by a pop-up button reading “accept” to download some other piece of software. If you are a developer for iPhone apps, please have some integrity. StoryTellingCharacterSheet is just… rude.

StoryTellingCharacterSheet is terrible. All it does it pull up ads ads ads ads. You ant even attempt to use the thing without being flooded by apps really dissapointing as it could have been very useful

There were a few ads, but that's not my problem. StoryTellingCharacterSheet is hard to use, and hard to understand as well.

StoryTellingCharacterSheet has everything I would want mostly, but..
Ads are way way too frequent. App can close randomly. Dots in stats once placed don't seem to be removable right now if I want to adjust them for some reason. Some skills and attributes(composure & subterfuge) don't seem to be reachable to adjust.

StoryTellingCharacterSheet is cool and a great idea if you are like me and game at several different places. The constant jumping to StoryTellingCharacterSheet Store is annoying. That happens about ever ten clips. Also when entering your skill points. You can't scroll the menu up to get to the last skill or attribute. It across up and then bounces down and doesn't allow access where you can put in points. THAT is as annoying as heck. Fix that and I might have something better to say about it. Oh and you might want to put something in the traits and misc tabs. They are just blank and you can't add anything. Oh and where exactly are you supposed to put down your willpower, humanity, merits, and flaws?? Need more detail please!!

I absolutely love StoryTellingCharacterSheet. I have encountered a couple of issues though, one issue is the health issue that another reviewer mentioned. Another feature I would really like is for the stats to change accordingly when you change the werewolf forms. Like I said though, I absolutely love StoryTellingCharacterSheet, and I am so grateful that someone made it.

I like StoryTellingCharacterSheet, but in addition to fixing crashes, there needs to be a few games added. I'd love to see Geist added! Also the masquerade venues need to be there as well as a separate sheet for Ghouls. It could be a great app to continue working on. A must have for all budding STs AND players too!!

StoryTellingCharacterSheet is great. The only criticism I have is that on the Attributes/Skills page, it'd be nice to be able to resize the windows so you can view more skills at a time. Also, health doesn't calculate properly when it's above 6. After the 6th health box is filled, old damage starts upgrading instead of adding on to the end. I'm contacting the developer about the issue. Hopefully they'll fix it.

when I try scrolling down to the bottom of each of the skill and attribute lists it will automatically bob back to the skill or attribute right above it so I can't really transfer all the data for my characters to StoryTellingCharacterSheet . Minor irritations aside I like the idea having my characters on my phone so I don't have to worry about carrying or losing my character sheet. Granted I can't enjoy the art that makes the physical sheets which seem to have a way of setting the tone of the character types.

Pros: Allows for detailed information on most entries, Good interface design, Free
Cons: Some apparent memory issues, repetitive data entry required
For a free app, it works fairly well. I did notice that if too much data is entered for one character at one time, the application crashes and loses all of the unsaved data. The only fix I have found was to periodically return to the characters list to force-save the data.
The only other issue I have with StoryTellingCharacterSheet is that it does not use databases to store standard information for quick field entry, such as merits, gifts, rotes, etc. this requires the user to enter each entry's name and effect each time it is used for a different character.
I feel StoryTellingCharacterSheet could benefit from four major additions: better memory management, the use of databases for standard entries, automatic calculations (speed, health, willpower, etc.), and a field for notes for each character. If all of these improvements were added to StoryTellingCharacterSheet, I would gladly pay for StoryTellingCharacterSheet (for a reasonable price, of course).

So much greatness in one app its just too much, but pls add a feature to have a checklist like feature for rotes, since u can lose them, or possibly allow the player to create a separate rote database and import and export them between characters (i already made 10 characters and they are each just rote guides for the different arcana, i also made a character that has a complete list of merits for quick reference) would help for rote reusability.
