Close and restart the AniLive app on iPhone
Update AniLive app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AniLive iPhone app

To resolve AniLive network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent AniLive app issues:

Force Stop the AniLive App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click AniLive app. » click "Force Stop".

Update AniLive to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AniLive App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "AniLive app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch AniLive.

Fix AniLive unable to contact server/ AniLive internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click AniLive » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got AniLive » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AniLive on android.
