Thought the game looked cool. So, I downloaded it. Went to play game and servers are down due to maintenance. So I quickly deleted it. Thank you but no thank you.

I’m bummed because I really like this game but it stole my money. I purchased diamonds and used over 600 (and this game is super expensive to buy diamonds) for the Abyss Pass. I already had several of the free side quests completed and figured I’d bit the Super Pass since the game drags terribly long to level up. Instead of rewarding me with all my quests up to that point it just locked up both the free quests and the Super Pass and gave me nothing. I tried to contact customer service several times but they just gave me a “it takes time to level up”. So I’m out almost $10. Long story short, this game steaks money and customer service will not reimburse you for your losses.
