Constant Crashes-can’t open app

I really want to give this a better rating. I’ve watched content creators play this game for the past month, and even had the App Store notifications set up to download once it released. The card collecting looks fun, and the gameplay itself looks great-easy to learn, hard to master. But now that it has released, I can’t even open the app on my phone. I have cleared app caches, restarted my phone, and removed/reinstalled the app, but nothing seems to work. I click the app icon, and get 2-5 seconds of a grey screen, just for the app to auto close. Don’t know what else to try. If this was intended to be played on a larger/more advanced device, that should have been communicated. After scouring reddit, discord, and the broader internet, I can say I am not the only one experiencing this issue. Again-I want to give this a better review. I feel the game, for what it is, deserves it. But until this issue is resolved, I can’t.

The pre release country gets extra reward for the play test and the least they can do for global players who just started playing is give us 62 or more or what ever how long the test was which was like a month of packs to global new accounts to be fair. So now you got people who are ahead in collecting etc… They should also ban the people who used vpn to spoof to the country of test and ban them like you do in Pokémon go. The test was not for them, it was for the country they wanted to test it in. A lot of YouTubers did the spoofing and said they flew there when the room they are in are the same and they using sarcasm. Thanks for reading and give us at least the packs the pre release test players got playing for the month and make sure not to mess up and give it to the pre testers. Thx

Immediately upon the initial tutorial, the illusion of a fun game disappears to reveal that it's just another freemium game that forces you to spend money if you want to do anything. If you just want to play for free, the first 24 hours is pretty much wasted since you're not able to get anything until you reach level 3, which is impossible to do until day 2 at the very least without having to pay for ingame currency, as even the items you receive to open another pack are so scarcely given out that you HAVE to buy to get anything. Incredibly disappointing, and I imagine plenty of people have been instantly turned away from how predatory of a practice this is.
