I'm new to the body battery concept so as a reviewer I have the advantage of having no set expectations. So far I find the concept interesting, but feel like the algorithm is mostly providing a one time value--the energy at the start of my day, and then gradually decreasing it without taking into a... Show more ccount new HRV measurements. So I might feel super zen but it says I have 14% left because I went for a run, or I might feel out of it but I'm at 75% because I slept the normal amount and have not moved much.
I would love an expanded info section like another reviewer commented because it is very possible I am interpreting this wrong, but it really seems like the body state value is based on my sleep metrics and my workout metrics alone, and doesn't take into account other things I might do during the day that the AW can track (be stressed, walk around, meditate, repeat). And if I'm right I'm not sure why BodyState needs multiple taps to sync (I'm assuming with my phone) every time I want to check the value?
