Purchased this app for the full year and would not recommend it after attempting to use it the first time. No audio or video on how to do the exercises, you have to read how to do them all and then the timer associated with the exercises goes forever until you stop it. Since I haven’t grown a third arm yet to hold my phone while doing these work outs I would not recommend this app. I tried reaching out to the company to ask for a refund and their contact page provides me with a load error each time.
Skip this app, there are others with much better visuals to show you how to do the exercise while also having audio to tell you how to do it, and those apps also provide a timer.

The instructions are very basic and there is no video of actual Pilates exercise. I had to search how to do exercise in you tube as this app does not show an actual video so that someone who is unfamiliar with Pilates can understand. I tried the training series and could not follow the instructions and the photo to demo was cut off. The rep and hold time are not intuitive. So disappointed as I paid the full annual subscription amount and did not enjoy this app at all. I am a licensed OT and understand exercise lingo but this just was not enough information. I could not even track which exercises I did in the app to see progress. Would like a refund.

The exercises have only one picture of the exercise. The written instructions of the exercise are confusing and don’t make any sense. For example, the picture of the exercise shows a woman with her hands on the ground and feet lifted onto the wall. The written description mentions “hands on the wall”. ???? They need to add video sample to the exercises to avoid confusion.
