How to fix MOVA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MOVA app on iPhone
Update MOVA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MOVA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MOVA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MOVA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MOVA Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MOVA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MOVA App
1. On android, goto Settings » MOVA » click [Force Stop]

Update MOVA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MOVA App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MOVA » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MOVA.

Fix MOVA unable to contact server/ MOVA internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MOVA » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MOVA » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
