Freezing

Love the game, but when I try to play Dunkirk on the ally campaign the game directs me to go to competition mode and takes me through a tutorial. I go through the steps and the game freezes after I click next step after auto deploy every time. I cannot click anything or go back pretty upset because I love the game, but I am unable to play due to this. I have emailed the game creator and have not heard a response.

So I love the game which I would give a 5 but a bug won’t let me play the game even after I updated it so I don’t know what to do but I can play and it says and I quote the current version is too low please go update it in the store and it is updated idk if you can fix it please do I love to play it most game on my phone play

So I enjoyed the game for a little bit, and when I completed Stage 4, the game offered me the Optional General Package. I decided to buy it, choosing Manstein, and when I checked nothing. I looked in the mail to see if it sent it through there but NOPE. Nothing.
I reloaded it and nothing happened. So basically, I spend 13 dollars expecting Manstein and I get absolutely nothing, while the game pretty much robbed my 13 dollars. Help, please.
Edit: I don’t mean to be a hater so I changed my star rating for the game. It IS a FUN and WONDERFUL WW2 game, and don’t worry it’s not that P2W (because you CAN recruit awesome and powerful Generals for free in Armaments), but I’m still kinda peeved with the whole situation with the General Optional Package. Please help me with this devs, and keep making this great game ❤️❤️❤️.
