I got sucked in on Facebook with the little snip of a book, got to the bottom and it said all novels free, download and guess what they lied, to continue to read you have to pay. At least be truthful in your ads. 🤬

In the advertisement it’s free but after you read the chapters that were linked to the add you have too buy the next chapters and I’m not going to pay for a subscription and you don’t even get a choice to watch adds to unlock chapters if i could I would give NovelsReader 0/5 stars it would be way different if there was an option to watch adds to unlock chapters

$14.99 a week is crazy. $60 a month?? NovelsReader is like poorly made too 😭 netflix aint even that much and you want me to pay that much for a ghetto after thought of an app . bffr

You can't read anything for free or watch the videos. The frst time is a $0.20 charge for a but afterwards you'll end up paying $15 a WEEK crazy.

NovelsReader doesn’t even have ads that you can watch in order to keep reading!!you have to pay for every book you read and chapter, not happening!!

Terrible app needs to be fixed. There has to be a bug because i literally can’t read a sentence on NovelsReader after getting sucked in reading the snippet online. very displeased.

I am being charged even after I have canceled the subscription!!! I canceled it before the renewal was supposed to happen so I don’t understand why they keep charging me. I’d just like my money back.

It would be nice if I could read it since I bought the yearly subscription and it doesn’t runs out until the end of a June, 2025 but apparently the company is not honoring it and all I could read was up to chapter 4

I am an avid reader I use multiple different book apps. NovelsReader offered a $.29 week trail that I purchased for unlimited reading. On August 3rd I purchased the $.29. August 4th I unsubscribed after completing the advertised book and couldn’t find another that computers my attention. August 5th the same app charged $14.99. DO NOT download DO NOT interact with NovelsReader it is a scam. I should of check the reviews before downloading.

Be careful of their “free trial” advertisement. They still charge you .31 for some reason, even if you cancel before the time the free trial is up. I don’t care about the minuscule charge, but others may. I’ll be disputing the charge though, simply on principle; they charge enough people that bit of change and they’d make money easily.

Hard pass. Canceling is NOT easy. At this point, I have contacted the credit card company to reject as company refuses to honor their cancellation policy.

Not only does the adds say free to read, when you do get prompted to pay it says .29 cents per week, then the immediate next payment page on apple pay says 14.99 per week????. I swear none of the authors have ever heard of spell check or even reviewing the rough draft before posting. Its honestly laughable. I would give zero stars if possible.

They charge way more than what you agree upon. Be careful if you do decide you are going to do the first week trial of “.29 cents” because they will actually be charging you $7.89 for ONE WEEK also they claim the following week you will be charged $14.99 PER WEEK, they actually charged me close to $17 which I find ridiculous to be paying $60 plus dollars a month for a reading app.
I wouldn’t be writing this 1 star review had they not completely lied about the price apparently they must not think NovelsReader is worth it if they need to down sell it then steal and there is no way to speak with anyone about it to get any issues resolved.

Says read free you only get the chapters that they show on the ads for free. Any chance of reading anything else you have to pay, not even choices to watch ads or earn daily bonuses to get chapters.

How come in the first week it’s only 29 cent that’s a good deal of course I choose it then later on after the first week it turns into 14.99 more then the 29 cents was if it added up for a year

The books are great and I like that there is no need to watch adds or acquire coins to be able to read chapters. I am the type of reader that if I get sucked into books I read through them quick. NovelsReader was able to let me read all of the book without having to wait till daily coins or adds were watched. (There are a lot of books that are still in the process of releasing chapters every now and then which is frustrating) BUT the price of paying $14.99 a week 😒 that is more money each month than even a Netflix membership!!! I unfortunately can’t spend $60 a month to pay for a subscription for reading. Loved the concept but you need to drop the price even $4.99 a week would be more enticing to the customers.

Love that it’s only .29cents a week subscription instead of all the ads and then having to pay 4.99 to not even finish a book! It’s like you spend more time watching ads and forking over money you DONT want to- to read half a book! It’s refreshing to have an app where you can pay a low amount for an entire week! Not even half a dollar! Love it!
