If I could give a 0star review I would for all the reasons list below. Poor results with full detail as examples provided, video to text never works and will not load an image, support chat never gets back to you if you need help, and ask for subscription upfront which I don’t mind so long as the product works as described and advertised. I was very excited to use Muse and believed it could help me enhance my stories and scripts but all I got was disappointment and lose money :(. Don’t fall for it like I did there are better ai apps to use.

So the problem with this application is that whatever prompt you reuse will produce the exact same video. If you type in Superman, it will produce a video of Superman graffitied on a building wall, and it's a drone shot zooming out from that building. If you type in a pirate ship, you will get an image of a ship sailing across an ocean. If you type any prompt more than once, it will produce that exact same video. So that leads me to believe that this AI is not generating new videos, but rather pulling videos from a large dataset based on the prompts that you write it, and it's doing its best to find a video from that dataset that closely matches the prompt you typed. I could be completely wrong, and if I am, please let me know. But that's what appears to be going on.

I purchased the year and made a few videos. Cool tool! However, after one of my videos processed Muse froze and then dropped all of my AI Video credits. 39+ I believe. Couldn’t figure out what to do because restore purchases wasn’t working so I tried support. On my iPhone 13 I get a blank support screen and can’t submit anything. All updated and brand new phone. Tried iPad too. So I purchased 20 more credits and saw the charge. My account still says 0 AI Video credits. I should have 50 to 60 credits by my count. Please contact me back quickly to help - I love the tool but have an upcoming deadline and none of what I paid for.

When you sign up, it says nothing about limited capacity/credits so essentially you’re paying 20 bucks a month to only get a certain number of credits. It also looks almost as if they are just a shell for another tool like Sora. For the monthly membership, which currently cost $20 you only get 20 credits and each of those credits produces a four second video. So basically for your membership you get one minute and 20 seconds of video for $20. Massive ripoff, will be complaining to Apple. Processing time is slow too and you have to pick from preset video styles which are super limiting. Buter beware

Don’t purchase Muse . I thought Muse would be as great as it promised, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. I had the expectation that it would generate videos using AI, as advertised. Unfortunately, it simply pulls clips from the internet.

For instance, I requested a video of a penguin on ice with friends. What did I get? A video of a goose with its friends on ice. This isn’t what I paid for or expected. Muse does not deliver on its promises and feels very misleading. Save your money and look for a more reliable solution.

Furthermore, I contacted support explaining my situation, but it’s been a week and I never got an answer.

The example prompts upon first launch are all about generating videos of sexy young women. The “generate your first video” page forces you to choose from three prewritten prompts, all about sexy young women like a “pole dancer”. Then you are shown a short clip supposedly generated by AI. Then you have to pay, with more suggestions of videos you can make of sexy young women. You don’t get to actually generate a video until you sign up for a monthly fee. I did not take the bait. This so far is a silly toy for generating images of hot women. You don’t get to try before you buy. Clearly designed to entice men to generate silly videos of girls. Who knows if it is even AI?

I purchased the yearly subscription and from day one I’ve had issues. I abandoned evening trying until today which is 2 weeks later.

Same issues still happen. I try making a video, upload a photo, put in a prompt and then wait FOREVER!!! 1/2 the time nothing happens. I close Muse and come back and it doesn’t list anything in my history. I still have items in my history from weeks ago that are still in queue and nothing generated.

Giant waste of time and money.

Couldn’t even try it out except with canned prompts. Know why they’ll only let you use their canned prompts? Probably because it’s not as good as advertised. If you don’t include free tries, a lot of people won’t bother. We’ll pay for apps we got to try, not try with our credit cards so you can charge us as soon as the trial is over. No, that’s not free. I’m talking about a legitimate freebie with your stupid logo in the corner so we can see what it does. So, no thank you. Uninstalled immediately

I paid for your subscription for Muse and for some reason for the last few weeks I have not been able to make any type of content with Muse…… I have been reaching out for a couple weeks with no response at all.… so right now I’m thinking they just made an app to take peoples money….. do not waste your time with Muse because there’s no customer service. No one is going to respond to anything that you singing. I was getting an error message now in the middle of download the video Muse just stop working and disappears.

Downloaded Muse and after about 10 attempts using the “create ai video from image” I started to feel somewhat engaged. The problem I faced is that I couldn’t customize the aspect ratios for the video, big bummer.

2- I wasn’t able to generate any videos from text. Each time I attempted I got an error pop up that said something about copyright, or another about how they can’t process the request right now and to try back later. Then the copyright error pop up happened when I uploaded one of my own photos!

3)). They have the option to contact support and it takes you to a chat window but no where is available to enter text. So no luck with reaching out to them.

I was really impressed with Muse until after I paid for it then 1 month after purchasing it for a full year it quit working. I tried contacting them several times but they never contacted me back. Muse had great potential and it was my favorite app but after it stopped working and no one seems to care to help me with the problem I have to come here and leave this bad review in which saddens me because this was a wonderful app until it crashed and never worked again and then taking my money and no refund for an app that quit working..

I paid for the upgrade however it overcharged me. I also don’t like that you advertise its video capabilities but the. When you purchase Muse you charge for those capabilities. I don’t care that it cost you a dollar with every video. You’ve already overcharged me by telling me I would pay less for a subscription then charging my account full price. That should at least come with some videos included.

I just got Muse today and they had a one time deal for a cheap year. Subscription is the only way I could actually use Muse which was disappointing hoping to use Muse before I had to pay for anything. I did have one glitch, but I chatted with somebody in Muse , and they got back to me fairly quickly and fix the issue within minutes after talking to the guy for a while turns out he was the owner pretty cool guy. I appreciated the fact that he listened to me and took my suggestions into consideration. There are a few things that make Muse like other art generating AI apps that come up with, some weird corks in the images but he did say that they are releasing a new update next week that hopefully solves a lot of these issues. To be 100% honest the guys service is the only reason I still have Muse plus I look forward to seeing if they actually do make these improvements, thank you Tuna O. And good luck.

I was skeptical when I first downloaded Muse. The price seemed high before I bought a week subscription. The value Muse provides makes the price seem low. I produced a high quality video detailing the benefits my company provides to our industry in minutes.

Making a music video and using it a lot .. am an amatire but inspires me to put pics and videos to my lyrics. Am an aspiring influencer .. just havent taken the steps to showcase my songwriting and video ideas but am really motivated with the help this app app is helping me with..Thanks for improving your site ... I know together we can conquer an audience for a brave new world!

THE ONLY REASON I PUT 5 STARS IS TO SEE IF THIS WOULD GET MY COMMENT SEEN BECAUSE I PUT THE ONE STAR THE FIRST 5 OR 6 TIMES AND IT WAS NOT UP HERE. I do not want this subscription and I cannot get in contact with anyone that will help. I canceled thru Muse Store but Muse keep trying to charge me. I deleted Muse and everything. It says canceled and I have until 2025 but I do not want the subscription because even after you pay the fee you still have to pay in app fees. I don’t want this subscription. I only made one video and decided that Muse wasn’t for me so I canceled the subscription and deleted Muse .

I have repeatedly asked for a refund because your app doesn't perform as advertised. You suggested updating, restarting, and every thing I have tried does not help. I have only been able to use Muse 3 times and all the other times I get an error message and the option to contact you. Even now, the option to contact you doesn't work. I asked for a refund within the first week of owning Muse and I'm asking now.

I paid for one month and got charged for a year!!!

Had to pay to generate videos and it did not deliver on its promise. No one ever got back to after my complaint. 6 months later, I’m checking my subscriptions to save money, I saw I still had Muse so I gave it one more chance. Still not generating videos even with the simplest of prompts. And to make it more interesting, I’m not the only here who’s suffered the same fate. I gave it 5 stars so that the review gets seen! All you had to do was refund.

I think they changed the api because quality increased. It is a lot better now than it was in the last version.
