Useful companion!

A useful companion to the fitness data Watch is already collecting, making it even more useful and accessible in realtime. Metrics and analysis have given me actionable items to further improve my health. I wear Watch mainly in Airplane mode and this is still functional as a standalone app, which is just as important for my use. Thank you for developing such an important service, sincerely!

Fantastic Tool

I have been using this app in addition to their StressWatch app (also amazing) and am absolutely thrilled at all of the statistics I am able to glean from it. It fills in so many gaps that my other services don’t provide. As an avid runner, I’ve found apps that help track calories, miles, run plans, etc. However, very few offer the training insights PeakWatch provides as it relates to a holistic view of not only your training itself, but also the recovery and general health insights as well. PeakWatch was definitely worth the subscription and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in diving deeper into their overall training and really getting “peak” levels of truly helpful insights you just won’t find combined in such a clean and helpful way elsewhere.

The UX and UI are superb and I especially enjoy its reminder when my body battery is too low. The stats on my cycling sessions are very comprehensive and I can always look back into the data.

Sleek Design

So far PeakWatch has been doing a good job summarizing data and showing me statistics and numbers which I am personally very interested in viewing. There is a lot locked behind a paywall, but the design off PeakWatch presents a nice view of the available stats.

Excellent Trainer/Coach

Builds on the fundamentals on Apple Health & Fitness. Tracks various metrics to estimate your training readiness, which has proven to be pretty accurate in my experience so far. I’m fairly prone to overtraining, so PeakWatch is super helpful in keeping me at bay. So much more to be said, but you can’t really appreciate it through a review.. Try it yourself.

After just one week of use, I’m a big fan of PeakWatch! The data displays are visually appealing and not overwhelming like some similar apps, and the body battery is a super useful metric. I began my search looking for a better way to track a variety of workouts over time - and ended up with a lot more with this app.

Before using PeakWatch, I always thought that the body data detected by Apple Watch could only have those fixed experiences, but after using PeakWatch, I found that the data measured by the watch could have so many experiences, and let me know more about my body! I also know more about the positive impact of exercise and regular routine on myself! I hope I can keep it like this!

Exceed expectations

I’ve been looking for an app that helps me track my performance so I can train smarter. I was pretty satisfied with how accurate this is, paring with my Apple Watch S8, it gives me stats on my load, my sleep, my recovery so I can be efficient with my gym workouts. The analysis goes into detail of my endurance and metabolism and even recommends workouts based on my reading. I’m geeking out a bit but this is worth the subscription so far. I’ll keep using and give more feedback.
