I have been using Chyrpe for less than two weeks. At first, I was just a regular member, and I could only like three profiles a day. However, Chyrpe 's concept is great, and it looks like it has a lot of resources. Given the high price, I assumed most users must be high-quality. But as a regular member, aside from the three daily likes, I had no chance of matching with anyone, let alone chatting. Whenever I tried to send a message, it would prompt me to upgrade to a higher-tier membership.

Eventually, I upgraded to the highest-tier membership, which cost $99 for three weeks. After using it for less than two weeks, I received a few likes and some messages, but still, I couldn't match with anyone. Then, two days ago, I logged in to find that my account had been banned. I don't understand why. All I did was greet people; I didn’t say anything inappropriate. I hadn’t even connected with anyone before being banned. This made me start to suspect that Chyrpe 's resources might be fake. They could be using stolen photos to mislead consumers into purchasing the highest-tier membership, only to ban their accounts afterward. I didn’t receive any warnings, and the ban was completely without cause.

So, consumers, please be cautious and avoid getting scammed.

At first, I assumed that this was going to be similar to Bumble, where it focuses more on women’s experiences. However, it’s clear Chyrpe is less about dating and relationships, and is more about letting submissive men find their futures doms, ie more of a kink matching app. While I don’t judge in the slightest, I find that Chyrpe is very misleading when it mentions it’s a relationship app. Everyone on here is very overtly sexual, right off the bat you get asked about whether or not your a dominant, switch, or submissive which is so weird for an app those claims to be focused on dating and eliminating sexual misconduct, and for the most part the potential matches on here are all looking for a sexual partner.
Chyrpe itself is incredibly basic, to which your unable to even read messages from people who have liked you because of an over priced paywall. The mechanisms are a little glitchy, and when you’re swiping the screen tends to flash.

Absolutely not worth the time.

This is an app for findoms because every bio every match is all about asking for money! FLR has nothing to do with findom! Guess what femdom also has nothing to do with Findom! These women think of you as a get rich quick scheme they don’t care about finding someone who genuinely enjoys the lifestyle they just want your money! On top of that Chyrpe shames men with a bunch of rules can’t say this can’t do that but women can put their throne and PayPal and cash app in their bio e begging for money because they don’t respect those in the lifestyle! If the creators of Chyrpe really truly cared about creating an app for FLR they would ban all the wannabe twitter findoms who misuse the “domme” title! They have not earned it! So until they get rid of all the e beggars avoid Chyrpe like the plague! And learn the difference between FLR AND FINDOM

This is soo fantastic as a concept, it does a few things well. Especially with the prompts, being female led and feeling inclusive to all sorts of dynamics.
The downside? It’s very pay to play. Everything is blocked by a paywall. You can’t even adjust your distance settings without having to pay. You’re limited to three likes. There’s also a bunch of other features that are limited behind a paywall. The notion of having to pay for the simplest things that other apps offer for free is really out of touch. I understand, they have to pay the bills and keep the lights and severs on. But my goodness, the egregious amount of forced paywalls does leave Chyrpe lacking.

Overall, great concept. Wonderful layout and Ui. But the paywalls really kill Chyrpe from being beneficial from its competitors.

I am supporting this independent team because OLD needs something different. However, even if people did buy the highest subscription which is $20/week, only 20 likes alongside the low amount of people in our areas means you’re essentially gambling with your money as a match is rare.

‼️You guys NEED to hurry up and work on making regional matching available for everyone. I’m not sure why it’s there but every other app has this feature already locked down. I don’t know how hard it is to implement but it doesn’t matter since nobody is getting matches close to them and that’s why everyone’s going away‼️

1 star because it has/had the potential to be great. I followed the development team on Instagram and me and hundreds of others were stoked, but if regional matching in Florida isn’t working by the end of this month then I’m cancelling my subscription.

I was part of the hype train for Chyrpe, I was excited from the beginning. At first it was rough but I gave it a chance due to Chyrpe being brand new; months later it is still the same. You can only interact with global users, despite promises for months of opening servers in other areas (I live in the northeastern USA, there’s no reason why there isn’t a server set up to give service to Boston and NY.). You have to pay just to use Chyrpe , you have to pay to see who liked you, have to pay to have more than 10 likes a day, Chyrpe provides profile feedback which you must pay for, after months of using Chyrpe I still have not had a single interaction with ANYONE else on Chyrpe .

I whole heartedly believe this is a scam on top of a scam on top of a scam that’s crawling with catfish findom scammers.

Stay far far away from Chyrpe if you’re looking for female led dating; you’re better off without it

You get three likes every 24 hours and they expire after 24 hours. So if the person you liked didn’t like you back in that 24 hours period… again with only 3 likes to use… you see the problem. It’s physically impossible to actually match with one like at all. Even when someone likes you it’s just a blurred out box you can’t interact with… well other than the ended prompts to pay. However if the free version is so disappointingly dysfunctional why spend any money on something that doesn’t even leave a good impression.

I’m starting to think these dating apps and how they behave is getting real close to terrorism. Like if an entire country is in desperate need of new generations of children… then doesn’t making it harder and hindering an entire population from forming long lasting relationships, constitute some kind of large scale damage? I think so. Like just google “best dating app reddit” and you’ll see, the whole industry is doing severe damage.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
It’s a simple app, not to different from Hinge in terms of UI, and I like how they try to give emphasis on female-led relationships However, there’s a problem. They allow findom explicitly on Chyrpe , and you’ll find it’s a majority of profiles. Also, there’s only 6 swipes or roughly 3-4 likes per day, and you can’t swipe “no” if you run out. If they just increased it to 8-10 likes per day, or just made it so X/“no” swipes didn’t do anything, I think it would be solid. Otherwise, I can’t recommend it.

ADDITIONS:
You actually who actually have around 6 to 8 likes per day, but after three or four likes, you lose the ability to swipe no. You also can choose to filter findom out, it’s unfortunate about 70% of the users I see are Findommes.

As a new person to download Chyrpe it was really nice. (English is bad lol) Chyrpe layout is better than Tinder and other apps. Prompts are nice and it’s not too difficult to understand everything, it goes set by set for you. Lots of chooses for hobbies and what you seek for in a relationship, it even added platonic relationships if you are just looking for a friend. And thanks to Chyrpe for canceling out sex messages or people who want hookups, however:

Chyrpe added BDSM options like if you’re a dom or sub.. and when trying Chyrpe for the first time, I put myself as sub (I’m a female cis) who’s looking for a male and only got male subs ?? Did Chyrpe took me as a sub and try to find matches of other subs ? Plus most of the subs are homosexuals. Maybe have an option to seek out sexuality instead of BDSM like straight looking for straight or pansexual looking for bisexual.

I really love the idea of Chyrpe. The layout is user friendly and the graphics are pretty. A women led app is such a good idea and a niche kind of app that would make it easier to find like minded people. However, there are many issues. I just got Chyrpe , so there’s time to improve. I have probably liked 20 profiles now and have had no matches or messages. I think it’s stupid and limits matches when you can only chat with someone who likes you back. Having to pay to talk to someone isn’t the best option. I have multiple likes but I can’t see any of them because I didn’t swipe right on them. You may say it’s because I didn’t like when I saw their profile, however, I might never come across it because of how many users may be there. Just my thoughts. Great concept, not executed the best.

This is a good idea, and it certainly seems the market is out there—but there are a number of things which are hampering Chyrpe and will likely spell its doom unless corrected:
—No ability to search by geography. Who wants to scroll through profiles worldwide, one by one, hoping you might stumble across one which is local? Not me!
—Insufficient geography info in profiles. The profile says they’re from “Portland”: is that the one in Oregon, or Maine? “Rochester”: Minnesota, or New York? This might not be so bad if we could sort by distance—but for that, see the previous item…
—Incorrect profiles showing. This is supposed to be a site for Female Led Relationships. So why are males who are browsing being shown profiles of sub females? If they are seeking relationships with women, there’s no need for their profiles to be shown to males. And if they’re seeking relationships with men, they’re on the wrong app entirely!
—app name. In some places on the internet, this is called “this app”. In others, it’s “Chypre”. The lack of consistency is costing you visits!

If you get your act together, this can be very successful!! But right now, these issues are going to drown it unless they’re fixed.

Chyrpe is actually pretty solid. It even lets you filter out findoms so u can avoid a lot of the newbie “doms” looking for money.

I paid for the 15$ lifetime. It’s necessary to enjoy Chyrpe at all. My main problem is I alrdy paid 15$ but I still can’t even see one person who’s liked me. They never appear in my stack. They are just blurred behind a crazy paywall Idk if they are even real or to bait me into paying 17$ a week just to see my likes. But 70$ a year to see who likes me cuz they don’t show up in my stack is crazy. I alrdy paid 15$

Idk. Chyrpe has a great interface. Lots of nice features for this style of dynamic. But the paywall to actually get a connection w someone who’s liked you is kinda lame.

Hinge is cool cuz you can see who likes you. Limited likes are still a thing and make u be more thoughtful with your likes. You still have the ability to pay for more but I don’t have to swipe praying I land on a match knowing I have people in my likes that never show up without paying more. 70$ a month feels absurd. Maybe a discount for lifetime purchasers. Idk. Lots of potential here tho.

I was originally in the queue to even gain access to Chyrpe … paid for the basic upgrade… and just paid for the Gold to see what likes I had accumulated after being away for 6 months. There are a ton of Findommes and woman who like to be “spoiled” which is slang for Findomme, without the label. 90% of the other woman have their location set to private… which doesn’t help if you are looking for something real and physical. The other 10% are mostly matches from around the global pool. You can find online relationships across the entire internet. This is a purely online experience as far as dating goes for men looking to explore their submissive side in a FLR. You guys asked for feedback on how to make your “dating” app better… START by eliminating Findommes… this should not just be another marketplace to advertise their services of draining bank accounts, they have the whole internet for that. 🤦🏻‍♂️ I wish you the best of success with your app… love the idea… but it has a long way to go.

Without standard or better Chyrpe is extremely difficult to use and almost unusable. You can only like 5 profiles a day, and it’s based on when you last sent your like not when you wake up, so if you check an hour early and see you have no likes you may not even open Chyrpe that day again, and with profiles that you have disliked popping up repeatedly every other day, your five likes get used up just from disliking the people you’ve already seen. That being said I did end up purchasing gold because Chyrpe does connect me with like minded woman and it’s ideal for what I’m looking for.

I am not gonna lie I hated Chyrpe at first. Maybe because it was brand new there weren’t a lot of people in my area, but now almost every day I get new likes. Im a dude and this never happens on any other dating app lol. I was looking to to get in the community and Chyrpe has absolutely got me there! I’ve bought gold or whatever a couple times but tbh it’s not worth it, plus you can literally see the silhouette of who liked you on the “see who liked you” page. Only problems I have are that there are a ton of virtual findoms I like in person dynamics but I’ve found that too! Also just a couple of bug here and there. Overall it’s a great app for kinksters!!!!

Overall you CAN meet people. However, there is too many people that just want money on Chyrpe . Nothing against that, but they swipe right on everybody to get as many people as possible.

Most that matched me would ask if I am into giving money, right off the rip. I would respectfully say that I'm not that kind of person and they proceed to insult you and block you. This is an issue with the userbase, not Chyrpe . However I genuinely feel like this should be looked into.

Also a minor glitch is profiles not loading when opening Chyrpe .

The platform is fine and the UI is very friendly, there are plenty of ways to express yourself and I REALLY love the attempts to teach men how to approach women in a more appropriate manner, the way everything is run makes me really happy and I feel like there are a lot of ways for the ladies of the platform to feel safe. But one massive lacking feature is there’s unfortunately no way to verify your age which is absolutely DEVASTATING. Identification exists for a reason, especially on a platform where you are inherently going to be sexually vulnerable. I feel like I might not be getting any matches as a result of people avoiding me out of fear, and that makes me really sad, I hope this feedback is taken into account somewhat!!!

I had this woman I removed by mistake, there is no way to recover it. I wish there was a recovery list of people that you could recover from. But the main issue is, I will see someone and run out of likes and roses and the premium is too expensive after also paying Chyrpe price. I thought it was a 15$ all access and that would have changed dating sites all together. But no it has paywall as that are pricey, but Chyrpe does give great free usage, I just wish I had more control of who I can search for so I can find the woman that I can see after I run out of likes and roses, when I come back I want to search for them

Chyrpe has been amazing. I love the premise, and I feel like for the first time, I’m not a piece of meat being marketed. For those of us looking for an FLR, this is the only app. Everyone is here for the same reason, so a lot of the preliminary problems of conventional dating apps are taken care of. No more fielding matches that need to be told what an FLR is. Minimal messages from entitled fvckbois. A development team that seems to have our best interests at heart.

I’ve tried to post a review several times but they seem to be swallowed up by whatever bots run Chyrpe Store. Hopefully this one makes it through. I see a lot of one stars and I want to do my part. Chyrpe has changed the way I date, and for the right people, it can do the same.

The more time I spend with Chyrpe, the more I like it and am grateful for it. this app is Chyrpe I've been looking for for years and thought I might have to build myself, even though I'm no developer. One bug I've found that I think is leading to a lot of complaints is that, during the sign-up process, a male is asked if he wants to see finDommes, and if he chooses not to, that choice does not stick. Once you've finished signing up, you have to go into your settings and turn off the option to see finDommes and that choice will be honored. But I've done that and I'm seeing a whole lot of real women, some of whom still want their males' money but aren't actually finDommes as such – it's just one of the things they appreciate from a male – and who are looking for real, serious, female-led relationships. Chyrpe is like a dream come true for me. May it be for you too.
