How to fix Fleeky app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fleeky app on iPhone
Update Fleeky app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fleeky iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fleeky on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fleeky network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fleeky Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fleeky not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fleeky App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fleeky » click [Force Stop]

Update Fleeky to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fleeky App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fleeky » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fleeky.

Fix Fleeky unable to contact server/ Fleeky internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fleeky » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fleeky » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
