So I downloaded the app, and even paid for a weekly subscription. However I can not watch a single story past episode 9. I have the latest app version, tried restarting and redownloading the app. But it never lets me watch past episode 9 with the subscription. This is the second week I’ve tried.
The app doesn’t even allow me to contact their support either. This needs to be fixed.

I bought coins to keep watching and they weren’t loaded even tho my acct was charged. I saw it says to email and I did and haven’t had a response. I wanted to keep watching now that I wasn’t busy by tomorrow I’ll probably lose interest. I think I prefer to go back to my other app reel shorts and Kalos with those apps as soon as I pay to keep watching it unlocks the episodes. I haven’t even gone through one story and this happens 😏

who owe me some couple months of money…. If I was able to attach screenshots I could provide evidence of so. I’ve paid for the subscription multiple times now yet I’ve not been able to access it every time it wants me to pay for episodes. It also will not let me log in and I’ve tried everything multiple times..so now I am going to report this app to apple cause I want my money back. If it were possible to give a negative star I would.
