How to fix Zikee app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Zikee app on iPhone
Update Zikee app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Zikee iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Zikee on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Zikee network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Zikee app issues:

Force Stop the Zikee App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Zikee app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Zikee to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Zikee App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Zikee app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Zikee.

Fix Zikee unable to contact server/ Zikee internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Zikee » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Zikee » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Zikee on android.
