How to fix Motie app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Motie app on iPhone
Update Motie app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Motie iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Motie on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Motie network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Motie Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Motie not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Motie App
1. On android, goto Settings » Motie » click [Force Stop]

Update Motie to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Motie App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Motie » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Motie.

Fix Motie unable to contact server/ Motie internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Motie » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Motie » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
