It’s a scam it’s rigged and they never do updates. However customer service team will be quick to respond with some kind of gas lighting answer. Black jack will steal your money when dealer wins 15 times in a row. Seriously lost 12 times in a row on hi lo which is a side bet on black jack in which if your first dealt card is higher than dealers first card you win. Look up the odds of losing 12 times in a row at 50% odds. But somehow they pull that kind of stuff off all the time. They treat their chips like gold and our extremely stingy with them while keeping all the tournaments expensive. You will play a 250 k tournament and after it’s done ask you to play again but sneakily move you into a 10million tournament if you aren’t careful. It’s an addictive but not a good addictive the bad addiction where you can’t wait to see how you’ll get screwed this time.

Opponents were raising minimum bets, and waiting until their timer was very low to do so. When brought to supports attention (LaTrisha), they called it a strategy and took no action on the two players. LaTrisha said if I had a problem then i should've left the table. Gee maybe I would have if I didnt go all in. Would not recommend, unless you want to waste 20 minutes on one hand.

Their algorithms are so weighted towards the dealer it’s absurd. Playing blackjack by standard methods yet far too often the dealer magically ends up with a 20 or 21. If you play on this stick to poker with others. At least there the dealer doesn’t get to screw you on the regular.

Also like in real life avoid the video poker. It’s even worse

The game is interesting, but because players can accumulate a significant amount of chips and set to “auto re-buy” if they go all in and lose, players tend to go “all in” far too often than realistic play, especially on the initial deal, it makes for a less than realistic experience. In real poker, there is a penalty for going “all in” and losing, you are either out of play or you have to buy more chips with real money. They need to implement a penalty for going all in and losing - perhaps a “time out” where the player who has lost all their chips can’t resume play for an hour or more. It is frustrating when a player can just go “all in” whenever they want, on every hand, without suffering a penalty for losing all their chips.

The chances of a winning hand or payout are very very slim. Its algorithm is relative to any winnings or “free chips” you gain, meaning you cannot choose the limits of table bets for any game, they are chosen for you based on your bank. It forces large bets. It’s not user friendly or player friendly. Find a different game.

The algorithm is all screwy. They make it almost impossible to win and you’ll loose no matter what. What fun would that be? It won’t pay out and the house will always beat you and your table mates.
Also, if you make an inquiry with them about the skewed payouts ratios, you’ll get punished over and over. What a joke.

I’ll play for an hour to hit a good hand, bet big preflop w/ pocket kings & someone happens to have pocket aces. This impossible highly unlikely scenario has happened often with this game and I’ve been experiencing bad beats for the whole week which has made me suspicious. Seems like the game is designed to make it’s users bet big making them believe they have the best hand & then they go broke. There’s also so many sharks in the game too who will call your AJ w/ 56 off suited and out flop you. The game rewards players who call every hand, it’s not poker. Also the rewards for play daily and completely tasks is pretty pathetic.

The randomizer algorithm is still off…the dealer will make statistically impossible hands (4 flushes in a row). They probably do this to make it “interesting” but seems like they could do better with randomizing the cards….

For an Apple Arcade game, it is crazy how much you can get crushed when you have a balance. It is very easy to go on a streak of losing 10-15 times in a row. Luckily the many events help to build back slowly but game can get frustrating when constantly having to start over due to trying to reach goals on events and losing hand after hand after hand

I was hoping that I would be able to play texas hold ‘em offline against bots when I have some downtime. for some reason, you can play some modes against bots but others, like texas, are online only. which I would probably do here and there, but waiting for others online can be a bore and was bummed to see it as the only option. otherwise, game looks nice and plays fine.

I would love if you would put the other game modes of your Roulettist game, just to have more variety. Because it’s getting repetitive, but either way I love the game, keep it up!

Constant all ins for no apparent reason. If you’re looking for mindless poker action, you’ll enjoy it. If you are looking for any type of fun go elsewhere. No incentive to play unless you just want to throw away fake money

This is a great casino game, I honestly think it’s one of the best! The only thing that annoys me is there isn’t a way to add your Pokerist account, would love to have progress saved to my account so I can take to other platforms.

This is a great game, but one small problem. It will not let me go online. I have checked the settings and multiplayer is on.

I love poker games and I enjoy the various games I can play in TexasHoldemPoker. However there are a few things that keep this from being 5 stars.

Doesn’t save progress. Every time I leave TexasHoldemPoker and come back in I start over with money. It needs to let me keep my winnings or losings. And if that feature exists I don’t know where.

Dueces wild video poker doesn’t recognize a straight flush with wild dueces. I should win big with that hand but it doesn’t recognize it.

Generally I like TexasHoldemPoker. Recently won $40MM in a boost poker tournament but then it only gave me $15MM. :(. I’ll keep playing for now either way cause it’s a good app but this should be checked.

Love the games available and gameplay. I do wish it had controller support. That’s my only complaint.

The lucky 6 isn’t paying out the 3 of a kind and it’s listed at 7:1. Otherwise a great game!

I love the animation of the dealer in the blackjack game. It’s really something I could watch over and over again.
