I could hookup to the on. Roku app that wanted to charge a 1 time fee of $29.99 with no problem, but your app could not find any channels at all including the free television channels!

I cannot cancel my subscription!!!

Turned off auto renew immediately, uninstalled app soon after installing after finding the Free REAL Roku remote app. Struggling now to contact support, going to have to dispute thru bank. Huge unnecessary & annoying hassle. Better free apps. Be wiser than me and don’t install!!!

My TV showed up when searching but wouldn’t connect. Phone and TV are on the same WiFi, reset everything, updated TVRemote … still nothing.

When my tv shows up as option to connect, it won’t let me select the tv. Very annoying so now I need to go through the hassle of stopping my payments.

TVRemote is a joke. Go buy a universal remote. This thing is so glitchy. Never connects right. It’s awful. And they charge you $10 a month. A new remote is 20 bucks max.

I went to do a free trial and it charged my account. For the love of God get this off TVRemote Store and remove it please I even tried to contact Support and their email doesn’t work.

App won’t connect waste of money

It’s a scam, TVRemote will continue to charge if if you cancel it. I tried to get a refund for the charges weeks and it was denied.

Tried for hours, no support. I want my money back. Other APPs that are much cheaper, this is a joke.

TVRemote charges you $6.99/week.

For the same price TVRemote costs you can just buy a new remote. All you can do on TVRemote is turned on the TV and navigate with your Roku but you can’t do much else so I don’t get why it cost $10 a month.

TVRemote notices all my devices on my network, but does not have the robust features of my individual devices remote apps. The one thing it is missing is being able to add the different streaming app’s icons to each remote. The navigation of the remote works as expected, but for the price I would expect a lots more features. There are a number of universal remote apps out there similar functionality for a lot less. They need to do some more work to provide more features before I could justify the cost. Keep up the good work guys. It’s stable but basic. Needs more work before I would be able to recommend it to others.
