How to fix BVD app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BVD app on iPhone
Update BVD app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BVD iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BVD on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BVD network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BVD Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BVD not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BVD App
1. On android, goto Settings » BVD » click [Force Stop]

Update BVD to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BVD App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BVD » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BVD.

Fix BVD unable to contact server/ BVD internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BVD » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BVD » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BVD
