Way too expensive

If they offer me to buy the whole book for a reasonable price, I would do it these guys charge by effectively the word if not the page you’re probably the only person supporting this author. You can easily spend two or $300 to finish one book. I don’t see the need to support an author that’s several times more expensive than a textbook at a college. This is supposed to be enjoyable reading and the authors I do read publish or publish or any other distribution methods have never charged me more than $25 for a book and for the most part less than 10 so these guys need to get reasonably competitive. And the stories while comping poorly are written. I could write like this if I felt like it without an editor with an editor, I can write silk prose.

No point in spending too much money to buy coins so you can keep reading one book when you can buy a novel on Kindle for a one time price and read the whole thing straight through!
