I never write reviews but i just had to warn others. SmartSolve is unethical. Their wording is heavily misleading and they have unethical approach to user subscriptions. SmartSolve advertises a 4-day free trial with no charges, yet its unclear and their deceptive wording leads users to believe they won’t be billed until after the trial ends, only to find unexpected charges during or shortly after signing up. Additionally, SmartSolve makes it nearly impossible for users to cancel their subscriptions, and has no option to remove credit card information. SmartSolve is purposefully designed to confuse and trap users into ongoing charges ! Overall, don’t get SmartSolve, they engage in exploitative tactics that are both unethical and fraudulent !!

I have always struggled with school and lately my grades have been going DOWN. I’ve been looking for a AI homework helping app but all the ones I downloaded only allowed me to answer three questions MAX before I had to sign up for a pay plan. I’m so frustrated because I thought SmartSolve would work but you need a pay plan. So unlike me if you are willing to pay every month then go ahead.

So when I got SmartSolve I expected it to be wayyyy better than gauth which don’t get me wrong it is all the way better however there are some issues I would like addresses…first they sometimes give u the wrong answer or they just tell u none of the options are correct I find this highly annoying because when I’m trying to get homework done or past a test I have to walk on eggg shells because they keep giving me the wrong answer second they can’t see fraught and puctures clearly they keep saying “cant provide information without the fraught” even tho the fraught is in the picture

All the other negative reviews are correct. It’s just a digusting money hungry company with digusting values. Everything else on SmartSolve loads wonderfully and fast but the moment you try to load up the cancel subscription process it takes a while on purpose! I had to go through the process a couple times to finally cancel it. They just want your money and care nothing else.

NEVER GET SmartSolve. I WISH I COULD GO BACK IN TIME AND TELL MYSELF TO NEVER GET SmartSolve. I got the 4 day free trial for the subscription and they are the slimiest company and make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. I reached out to the support team MULTIPLE times a day and didn’t hear a single thing until AFTER they charged me. They waiting till the first payment went through then told me how to cancel. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this dishonest, slimy company as you can.

You need a credit card at sign up. Their app and website billing section will not load to allow you to cancel your membership. When you contact support to cancel, they tell you to cancel via their website. After contacting 2 times I was still charged and my account has yet to be cancelled. Do not fall for their scam, they should be shut down.

I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this application. After paying, you can't actually start using it; there's no clear way to launch it on either Mac or Windows. Worse still, you can't cancel your subscription or get a refund. This is an outright scam that leaves customers with nothing but frustration. Apple, please intervene and remove SmartSolve from SmartSolve Store to protect users from being deceived. Don't fall for it!

Finally was able to cancel this subscription but they make it tricky. The subscription page takes a long time to load in the first place. Finally when you go to change plan, in the tiny grey letters at the bottom press cancel subscription. INSTEAD of pressing continue press cancel in grey. Then it will cancel. Pressing continue will have you continue the subscription. Terrible. Not user friendly at all.

I never signed up for their subscription. They charged me 15 dollars despite never using SmartSolve . I contacted their support and was assured they canceled everything and I would be refunded in a few days. Weeks have gone by. I have reached out again twice now and over a week has gone by with my messages ignored. I asked them to clarify where the refund will be sent to and get me some sort of confirmation that I will not be charged again. Absolutely no response. This is not a legitimate app it is a scam.

SmartSolve is good however when I enter some problems the chat helper doesn’t know how to solve the question and says it’s unsolvable , and three coins isn’t really enough to help me so it would much better if you put in ads to watch for more coins

I think this particular app is very helpful and very useful for people that is on the go constantly trying to use their minds to find answers

I love SmartSolve because it helps me with my homework so I don’t have to study it because it is very very hard because I’m in second grade.

Having this really helps when stuck on a quiz it gives more insight of what it was asking

Helps with all subjects really smart and will help you with anything and you don’t have to pay

This program is great and helps my child with her math. It also shows you how they got the answer so you will learn it.

Able to answer questions and give details.

Even if your not good at math this will helps you understand it a lot better definitely download SmartSolve

Definitely use I’m a college student and use it every time to help verify or if I’m stuck on a question.

SmartSolve is exactly right on answers unlike other apps
