How to fix Luffa app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Luffa app on iPhone
Update Luffa app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Luffa iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Luffa on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Luffa network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Luffa Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Luffa not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Luffa App
1. On android, goto Settings » Luffa » click [Force Stop]

Update Luffa to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Luffa App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Luffa » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Luffa.

Fix Luffa unable to contact server/ Luffa internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Luffa » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Luffa » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
