I bought AIVideoCreator on May 25, 2024. I paid the $ 19.99-lifetime premium. I switched phones and now I can no longer sign in. I asked for help to get my account back twice. I have not heard anything back. It seems they only want to collect money but not help their customers. What kind of service is this?

Kind of disappointed that I didn’t offer free trial then I bought one of the packs with the credit and I wasn’t able to get to upload the pictures that I wanted

Look like a robot, even if it’s your photo

You can’t even try a sample without paying

These are absolutely horrible. I can’t believe I even spent $15 on this. My $15 would have been better spent buying a six pack of beer and doing this drunk.

Can’t use many functions even after paying

I bought AIVideoCreator but never used it. A couple of days later I asked for a refund. But no one has responded yet. I can't even log in to AIVideoCreator . But my money is gone. Please refund!!!

You can’t upload your own video nor able to use ur voice for a translation. Wasted 50$

phone function is not reasonable. phone simply sends you to the desktop. cannot login on home with an account other than AIVideoCreator store itunes email. i already have a paid account on the desktop. but now, can’t access paid account because heygen apl only recognizes my app store email which means i would need to pay again. how convenient

I bought your subscription with the vision of creating a video where I can show my product and have an avatar saying the content. The system made the most unrealistic avatar with any picture of my product. I am canceling AIVideoCreator. NOT WORTH IT!!!

I was enthusiastic to see this in action. But you can’t actually do anything without having to pay for something. I paid a small amount for a few credits just to test the basic features. But then more pop-ups telling me i need to buy more credits or go premium upgrade. Cmon. I feel like you swindled me.

App has no free trial and doesn’t let me try it out without paying first. And there’s no video example showing in AIVideoCreator Store. Also, it would be nice if there was an in-app option to select to have your data deleted. But based on what I read, you have to contact their support. Everything I listed above will keep me from recommending or using AIVideoCreator.

Only lets you run 2 samples before making you pay. Only has a limited number of voices classified male or female only, side view face gets badly distorted when they make it speak. I’m sure there might be other pros and cons but I’m not going to pay to try them out. The limit of only being able to generate 2 is not enough to decide if AIVideoCreator is worth buying. But based on the very short time I was able to test it, I don’t think it’s worth paying for.

This is another scheme of so many ai — still developing systems, when you make a video with the avatars provided; which by the way are the same as D-ID app, the lips and face movements of your avatar are so blurred, and it says for life, but the thing after u opened once and logged out, freaking send you to buy it again; so pls don’t pretend with something it is not even original and low quality and don’t have well back up from customer service. C‘Mon!!

I think this should be cheaper if not free for most feature abut no I get an ad every 5 seconds and AIVideoCreator is unusable without playing a bunch to even unlock anything from AIVideoCreator . But it is a cool tool it overpriced

I bought AIVideoCreator and used it to make several videos. It did great . My problem is, I cannot login again. I open AIVideoCreator and am treated with a sales page . I look for a login to open my existing account but there is none. I know they must have a way to get to an existing account but it not very user friendly in that regard.
Also, as a suggestion, add a feature that will allow changing the background. Or adding a green screen.
