This program isn’t smart in anyway. It was written by people with little AI experience and generally don’t mind releasing a program that constantly back steps to remark things you tagged to not be deleted. You likely have an AI chat program already but this app want another $29.99 /year to make you work 4-8 times harder to clean pictures, calendar history (who would clean this?). Videos are just the same as picture editing, it is far easier to review your pictures and videos and mark ones that no longer have a use and then hit delete all. This is easier than reviewing every file four times to delete them and then undoing all of the files that appear similar and not being smart enough to remember you remove the delete check mark. This repeated marking makes the program scary that you might then not unselect all the ones you kept the last lime. In any case any marked ones it presents one by one asking if your sure you want to delete them. Thy are presented out of context of other pictures or videos you took that day or even ones of the same subject like the eclipse. Any app that expects to intelligently improve on the current smart cleaners really needs to examine AI engines and determine which is best for a library. Being smart it could organize files by time and date, size, file size, subject and correspondent. This way you could look and any list or combine some to be more specific and then write rules by any characters and let it compare rules of what should or shouldn’t be deleted and then it can present its findings by characteristics to let you review them, change a rule or unmarked the person, project, file characteristic or subject and it woul unmarked your files and not remark them. This are my ideas of a decent start to allow a user to review project files and mark them in chunks or unmarked many without fitting with the program. This app is definitely on the other end of the stick completely. Also, unless you subscribe and allow it to by Apple, you can’t see how it works and when you delete the program after trying it you are asked ‘you deleted Clean Ai would you like to keep your subscription’. You must then go down the App Store page to find ‘delete your subscription?!?! Nothings is user friendly but it seems intentionally difficult. I never keep an app that is so untrustworthy, goes about the problem so blindly and claims to be smart without being smarter than other programs and smartly human friendly.

My full contact list is COMPLETELY GONE!!! Can you fix that???
