This is not worth it!

I downloaded AISkinScanner, gave it all my symptoms and it said I had a skin fungal infection. Doctor I have already went to said it definitely was not a fungal infection. I still have to go back in for an appointment to figure it out, but was curious about AISkinScanner. I even scanned the rash and it said it found no rash. Needs more work guys!

No cancellation button

I signed up for a free 3 day trial and now can’t find the can’t find a cancellation button or a phone number! Run from AISkinScanner

Can’t Cancel

I just signed up for AISkinScanner and can’t find the Cancel Button. Is this legal? I have heard of subscriptions that are very difficult to cancel and laws against it.

Scam. Cancel directions

Go to your email that is attached to your App Store. From there the cancellation link exists.

Unethical practice to make it so hard to cancel.

A giant rip off

Don’t use this service, they charge you for the full year service, then when yo re scan the progress they try to charge you again. Don’t get scammed!

Charged even though I cancelled

I did the three day trial and cancelled well within the three day period. I was charged anyways. So far, haven’t responded to my messages. Developer, could you please contact me?

Unreliable and you can see for yourself

After AISkinScanner putting the fear of God into me that I had shingles only to learn at the ER it was an allergic reaction I did a test. I found many pictures of hives, allergic contact dermatitis and dust mite skin reactions and they all came up as some type of herpes. From shingles to simplex. Try it yourself and you’ll see. AISkinScanner is not ready and should be relied on in the least. If anything it’s a risk to use in my opinion.

Scanner or scammer?

I started a free trial. I decided I did not want to continue but there is no place to change or cancel your subscription.

I have reached out to the developer. It no response (yet)

Wish I has read other one star reviews which all say the same

No way to cancel

I signed up for the free trial then found that there is no way to cancel within AISkinScanner . I emailed customer support and they told me to “cancel from my AppleID.” What does that even mean? Still trying to figure this out and in the meantime my card has been charged.

Scam - Way Too Hard to Cancel

Unethical subscription system and purposefully made difficult to cancel. Nice product but cannot recommend.

False advertisement beware!

AISkinScanner offered me a three day free trial, which I initiated after one day I decided to cancel it, but the notice said that it would take three days before they would even accept the cancellation by that time they charged me the full amount $8.65 for a prescription that I did not want! What a rip off!

Free Trial Isn’t Free

Beware: Your card will be billed immediately even if you click “3 Day Trial”. I was skeptical about some of the bad reviews thinking it might have been from people who weren’t technologically savvy, but I was wrong. I immediately canceled my “auto renew subscription” but after reviewing my bank account I was indeed charged the price of 1 month of membership within minutes of clicking the “free trial” button.

Does not work

i scanned my face twice. 1st time "no pathology" second time "moderate Acne vulgaris" I literally rarely ever get acne. 😂 and at the time of scan I have one tiny pimple thats already dried and healing. I have some sort of weird discoloration disorder that i'm trying to figure out so i tried AISkinScanner...it was no help tho. I also gave benefit of the doubt and said "Hey, maybe they dont know the condition either" and scanned my kp strawberry legs to see if it would detect and yet again "no pathology" 😂😂

Waste of money

Completely unhelpful. I purchased this because it said it could help you determine what type of rash you have. I scanned the area and all it wanted to recommend was skin care products for regular skin not a rash, nor would it give me any type of diagnosis, only a list of rashes that I could google without paying money no pictures were included!

Customer service

There’s a huge lack of customer service available

It’s fun

But I’m not entirely confident with their diagnoses. I scanned bug bites and it warned me about warts.

I started the seven-day free trial, and was surprised that my credit card was immediately charged for the week following my trial period.

I’m always cautious with companies who offer something free and then charge me via the back door for services.

Still haven’t found a way to request a refund through their app.

So-so

I have HS & several other skin conditions. Used a trail to see how accurate this is. Scanned some of the known areas & I would say maybe a 60% accuracy. I also have poison ivy & it didn’t accurately diagnose. Nice idea but needs some tweaking.

Somewhat accurate

So to test its accuracy I saved a bunch of photos from Google for random skin conditions to see if it would give a correct diagnosis. It did a good job of identifying fungal infections. Was 1 for 2 in identifying herpes, meaning one picture was correct but the second picture it diagnosed it as dermatitis. It was also good at diagnosing folliculitis. It could not identify intertrigo. It was correct with diagnosing psoriasis, but couldn’t differentiate eczema vs psoriasis. It was pretty much 100% at identifying benign moles.

Overall this could give you a good idea of what condition you have, but at the end of the day I would 100% take it as a grain of salt

Interesting and informative

Neat little tool to have when concerned about things. You can check things out then talk to you PCP or dermatologist about them at your next appointment. Gives you time to research things and make a list of questions and concerns for your Doctor.

Good app

It is help you to be familiar with your skin problems and take necessary actions

So far, so good

I just started using AISkinScanner because I have an unusual small bump but my tattoo partially obscures it. The diagnosis appears accurate but I will follow up with my dermatologist.

So far so good, getting to know it

I haven’t uninstalled it yet!

Bob

Fast and easy to use unbelievable

Response

Quick & Accurate results… Thanks

Great app!

Its definitely worth downloading even if you just want to use the free trial! Its a great app, I wish it could remain free! Thanks you for AISkinScanner !

Got the answer I was looking for

The Dermatologist told me my diagnosis but I forgot what he said and when I scanned my skin it was exactly what he told me! Thank you

Effective quick diagnostic tool

AISkinScanner gave me a diagnosis that seems credible and gives me something to go on for initial response to sudden rash symptoms on my back.

Thank you!

Thank you very much for the reasonably priced scan! I was able to get the information I needed without going to the emergency room.

Good app

after my skin analysis I feel confident about the diagnosis and will go to my dermatologist for further investigation with an idea of what it most likely is. I also look forward to using the product ingredients look up feature!

Good App

AISkinScanner was easy to use and thank you!
