How to fix PICK app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PICK app on iPhone
Update PICK app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PICK iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PICK on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PICK network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PICK Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PICK not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PICK App
1. On android, goto Settings » PICK » click [Force Stop]

Update PICK to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PICK App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PICK » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PICK.

Fix PICK unable to contact server/ PICK internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PICK » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PICK » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PICK
