Error message constantly as I try to verify info as date of birth or validate email. Would have been nice to have had access to myCareHC before first of year to start the preregistration of accounts instead of everyone all at once on day one.
This is useless. Graphics are horrible and I’d card doesn’t show up. Nothing works. Can’t believe someone actually released this for use.
When starting registration,- verified after multiple tries,- then button “continue “ inactive even all information of insured was provided!
I tried every day a few times all from the beginning process to register! Even application was updated,- implication doesn’t work!

Very poorly designed and executed. Type over type and descriptions cut off so you can’t read them. No FaceID option.
i’m trying to search for a dr through myCareHC and it restarts the whole app anytime you click on the drs info and you have to start all over. plz fix. can’t find any other way to report the bug.
