More difficult than needed

I just downloaded this app to read a book I saw advertised… I made a $4.99 purchase and they charged me $16. Went to customer service to resolve the issue and I have to download another app to get things sorted…. Not great.
In app purchases

I purchased the $20 point pack where you’re supposed to get like 680 points everyday & I haven’t gotten any and I’ve had it almost a whole month. In order to contact support you also have to download a whole different app which is stupid because if the purchases aren’t working properly you shouldn’t allow them to be made.

I waited for my 15 bonus and when I claimed it the 15 never went to my bonus then it said get 35 bonus immediately after logging in which I did but I never got my 35 this app keeps lying and no one is responding or doing anything about it
