Can’t unlock episodes

The app would’ve been great had I been able to unlock the newer episodes to read ahead of whats free. I have cookies earned that I want to spend on reading the locked episodes but no matter how many times i click, nothing opens or happens at all!!! And this is the case with every single comic I try :(( I cant seem to find the solution anywhere

I love the English app of WEBTOON but I saw that there was more comics on this app. The problem is that I can’t read Korean so I was really excited when they had English language here too. Anyways I got the app It suddenly came up in Korean so I searched up how to turn it in a English version Annnnd I still had no clue how to turn it into a English version. Thinking it was only me I looked in the other reviews and it’s the same thing . Can someone help me ?

So happy to have access to Korean language webtoon app. But current in-app purchase requirements are absurd. Naver requires all users to submit valid government ID to keep in their data base. Why on earth would you ask to email you my ID to give you my money?
