Deco My Tree X mas Messages Reviews

The idea’s great but would have been better if it actually worked. I never got to access my tree because I just couldn’t log into DecoMyTree . Tried to contact the help services but never had any answer even after several attempts at reaching them. Really sad and disappointed since I was really looking forward to open my Christmas messages from my friends and family that are all far away from me this year.

It keeps on telling me my password is invalid, but when I request an email validation to change my password, it doesn't send me any emails. This is the case for many people, and it's very disappointing.

I love the concept and all I did one for my friends to leave me notes but I had to download DecoMyTree to open them on Christmas. I wanted to reread some because I loved the notes but now I can’t even get to see my tree?

I see others have the same issue, fix this problem so that we can all access our Christmas messages already … I already sent two emails out to y’all but still no response or improvement. I keep reloading my spam and inbox and yet still nothing

Every time I try to reset my password it doesn’t send me the verification email making it impossible to log in with new password

It asks you to pay when you try to read some messages and despite paying the $1 it still wont show 3 of my messages sent to me

You have to leave a tip for rudolf when it opens. So when you wait however many days to see what people wrote you can’t even see it because you have to pay first

that’s all i really have to say? i was trying to see the messages i got and it says to download DecoMyTree and i enter the email and password and i know the password i entered is correct but i tried to reset it just incase but it didn’t even send me any email like it said it would. i’m just disappointed tbh i wanted to see the messages on the tree. either way i hope this will eventually but fixed but i’ve deleted DecoMyTree now because it doesn’t work so….

I genuinely enjoyed being able to get messages from friends and waiting until it was Christmas to read them! But when it came time to read all my messages, I wasn’t able to read a couple messages. I’m not sure why this is happening. A friend of mine paid to see if that was why the messages weren’t loading, and its messages still didn’t load.

DecoMyTree would be wonderful if it showed every message instead of cutting it off.

I am unable to access my account on the mobile app, despite it saying it is sending emails to me. I have received none. I am unable to read any of the messages my friends sent for christmas.

Nothing is showing in my email or spam folder and their customer support is impossibly slow. I just want to check my messages and boy they’re making what should be an easy thing to do into something frustrating.

Doesn’t let you see all your gifts. Was posed as a free website THEN it makes you download an app THEN it makes you watch ads if you dont want to “give snacks to the reindeer” THEN it wont let you look at all the notes people send unless you do give said snacks to reindeer THEN even if you pay the 99c one it still wont let you see your gift.

Clever idea to get messages on a digital tree, but the site says you have too many messages on your tree and need to download an app ( DecoMyTree). My daughter had 9 messages, mostly just hi. DecoMyTree is for 17+ and prompts you to pay and upgrade. You can see messages with ads but everything is sketchy and a really lame conclusion to a fun idea. Won’t ever use this again.

Don’t get me wrong, DecoMyTree is fun to leave messages on your friends trees and such. However, I made my own tree through the website and it said I had to download DecoMyTree to view my messages, but when I tried logging in it kept saying ‘please check your email.’ But when I did, there was nothing in my inbox or spam folder.. I figured maybe it meant I put my email down wrong, but nope! It was perfectly fine. Just DecoMyTree not letting me login because it wont send me any emails. 😐

When you get lots of messages, only the recent 24 ones are accessible

i was so excited to open the messages i got but then come to find out i have to buy rudolph something in order to see them...

It’s not letting me check some of the messages. Please fix this.

I can’t see all my messages. It shows me 20 then prompts me to pay to see the rest. If I knew then I wouldn’t have asked people to send them. Its such a cute idea, loved everything until I realized there was a paywall to see the messages my own friends sent me. They should at least provide a warning ahead of time so I knew :(

So I had set it all up like a week before, and then absolutely forgot about it. I remembered on New Years day, went to the link, it says to download DecoMyTree so like okay that's fine. I can log in just perfect. I see my tree and that I have messages. Except I have a countdown of 357 days until I can open them. It's funny but I'm pretty sure I'll forget by then.

For some reason when I try to see some messages it only goes to the "buy hot coffee" page, and no matter how hard I try I cannot find those messages. I understand support is important for developers, but no need to make it this way at all 😅

Update: realized that this is probably an app issue, since even after payment I still can't see the messages. I offer my apology, but I also hope the team gets this issue fixed. The AI ad seemed to have taken my friend's message's place.

- DecoMyTree is super cute. It’s a nice thing to try with friends and it gets me excited about receiving the letters on Christmas 😊! I def recommend this because it totally made me smile :)

Cute concept for the holidays, maybe if they added more holiday options people would come back more
