I saw an ad on Instagram (and now I can’t find their IG account oddly…so they just sponsor posts but can’t be searched?), and I got a FREE TRIAL. I knew I didn’t want Luna immediately and went and canceled the free trial. Then only two days later (when the trial lasts a week) I got an email saying I was charged for a subscription! It’s already hit my account. Why would I be charged now even if I hadn’t canceled? It is just a scam especially considering there is absolutely nothing to it that isn’t for free online (even the compatibility is just bogus percentages that every sun sign pair has). The human design doesn’t even have the option to click on your specific numbers and just gives you a dumb vague paragraph that’s not actual human design information at all. A complete money funnel barely pretending to offer anything— the moon phase comparisons in the Instagram app aren’t even a function of Luna once you’re in. Hopefully Apple will refund me. RUN AWAY, any positive review has got to be a bot. Protect your money.

No free trial or anything to even see what you get with a purchase. $10 a week. I don’t care to pay for apps but paying before even knowing what you are
Paying for is too much for me. Like the idea of it and was interested.

You literally cannot do anything with Luna unless you spend money. Name and DOB, that’s pretty much it.

Compatibility video of moons does not play - it says to download app!!! Already paid, no way to get money back. Do NOT waste your money.

I purchased the yearly plan. I entered my birth info to have my chart generated, but Luna can’t find my birth city. I’ve never had that issue on any other site. There is no way to contact customer service via Luna to get a refund.

Birth chart and human design only allow you to type a city but not the state. My city name is literally found in every state in the US

Compatibility tells me there is no data for every single birthdate I put in.

Waste of time, space and energy. You won’t even be able to open Luna without it making you get a WEEKLY subscription of $10. Downloaded it just to reopen Luna store and uninstall it.

I paid for a week and utilized the Human Design feature. Several of the definitions of my aspects have [...] at the end of them indicating there's more to read, but there's no where to click to get the rest of the information.

It just says a generic city name followed by the US American flag … which state?? This makes no sense!!! And the compatibility thing does not work unless you subscribe. Not even one freebie??? C’mon whatta rip off! You guys should be ashamed that you do this to people. I bet a lot of people pay for this, only to be disappointed. False advertising!

Literally everything about Luna is behind a pay wall but the current moon cycle 😒. I downloaded it off an add on instagram advertising that you can see you and your partners compatibility but you can’t unless you pay for weekly, monthly or yearly subscription 🙄

20 dollars off the bat for a subscription to a MOON CYCLE APP is absurd. You can’t do a single thing until you pay, I haven’t even been on it for more than 30 seconds. Also there are multiple Cities in different states with the same name. Learn geographical app requirements before you just go and throw that at people

Is not upfront about charges. Only shows you weekly, monthly charges. But on top of that charges almost $20 at time of purchase. Not even worth a dollar for what Luna does!!! Also this is the only place my birth chart has been diffrent and completely wrong. Your spreading false information to people on their birth charts.

I understand certain things are available with an up charge. What’s the point of making Luna free if you can’t use it without paying for a plan. Downloading Luna was the only free thing. Everything is tied the plan so all the free stuff is just AI generated and not specific for me. I’m not paying for a plan if I don’t know if it works for me.

There are the same city names in multiple US states, but Luna won’t allow you to pick exactly. Ultimately, my birth chart is wrong because of this, and Luna is useless to me. Please fix this because right now it’s a waste of money.

You need to be able to put in all the correct info. Can't put in my proper birth place. Therfore, the entire chart is wrong. Please fix

I have other Astro apps, but I wanted to give this one a go
I calculated my date and time and it was inaccurate. I was born early August, and my birth chart result said that I was a cancer.

If you are into astrology, you need Luna! It's so easy to use and informative. The moon phases are really helpful for knowing when to take serious decisions or when to relax. The compatibility feature is also awesome, it shows me how well I match with different people in my life.
