Rescue cop app on iPhone keeps freezing during game. Instead of cop walking it slides and then where it’s supposed to shoot it freezes. Have to shut phone off numerous times to get it to reset. Sometimes it takes overnight.

Update Rescue Cop app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rescue Cop iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Rescue Cop on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Rescue Cop network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Rescue Cop not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Rescue Cop App
1. On android, goto Settings » Rescue Cop » click [Force Stop]

Update Rescue Cop to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rescue Cop App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Rescue Cop » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Rescue Cop.

Fix Rescue Cop unable to contact server/ Rescue Cop internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Rescue Cop » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Rescue Cop » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Rescue Cop
