I have been an avid player of the Dream Hospital game and have truly enjoyed the engaging gameplay and creative elements. However, I am disappointed to report that my experience has been significantly affected by the increasing number of ads. Initially, I understood that ads were part of the model, especially when seeking free upgrades. However, I've recently noticed random ads popping up more frequently, disrupting the flow of the game. Additionally, the option to remove these ads for $9.99 feels excessive, especially considering the frequency with which they appear. While I genuinely love the game and appreciate the effort that has gone into its development, the current ad situation has led me to decide to stop playing as of today. I hope the developers can consider a more balanced approach to ads in the future, as it would greatly enhance the overall experience for players.

The game was very addicting. Could literally out of nowhere. Just pull your phone out and start playing the game then one day log onto the game ad pops up. OK that’s fine. Two minutes later another ad now it’s back to back to back to back. No, I’m good that’s ridiculous. I understand, adding a little ads due to the fact that the only time you would have the ad was for getting money But to add as many ads that they have added is ridiculous so I will no longer be playing this game especially if they’re wanting $9.99 for no ads😂👌🏾 miss me with the B.S.

I loved this game but the past couple days an ad appeared at the bottom whenever I’m trying to upgrade the rooms and it makes it impossible to click the button, which in turn makes it impossible to move forward with the game.

Just like a lot of people here it’s an amazingly addictive game but the ads ruin it. I understand it’s a way to make money but it gets ridiculous when I can’t even finish the timed er game because I got an ad during it while the game continues in the background and then it costs $9.99 to get rid of excessive ads. I really want to love this game and even download more from this developer but I can’t if ads are gonna take over.

I just got to the third hospital for pets and can't even choose the updates to the rooms because google ads at the bottom are blocking them and you cannot exit off of them. It completely covers the button to choose a room upgrade. Deleting the game now because there is no point of playing if you can't even use the options it gives you because of ad pop ups. Kinda stupid to put the ads in that place on the screen.

It’s extremely glitchy. I have to restart it alllll the time. And no matter what, the characters move slowly. Don’t waste diamonds on vehicles to move faster. You’ll BARELY move faster and it’s kinda irritating

It was good until you get to the animal hospital and the ad is perfectly place so you can’t click to upgrade rooms with watching videos. But the gems room is set higher and the only one that will work. So you either buy gems or buy the no ad pass. Haha very funny. I’m done playing

This game is awesome except for the fact that when i enter and start a board after the first one I can’t exit out of the second or third one please add that feature on

Game was really fun but as soon as I got to level 2 one of my rooms in the front of the hospital wouldn’t let me put any patients into it. It had nothing to be cleaned… it was like it was out of order or something. Please fix these bugs

Just wish there was a no ads option in shop, thought when I bought the premium doctors it would’ve unlocked no ads, since that’s the only bundle you could buy, but that wasn’t the case.

I love this game, but after the third level, it resets everything to the first. For me it seems, like I am the only one that it does that to.

I just started playing and at first you can’t purchase anything with “no ads” but then there it was so I bought it thinking ok.. I’m good now constant play BUT I get to the VIP or the cash bundles and then I click on Free (because there is NO other option) and when I click on it… ADS… what did I BUY?! Get it together please!

…the advertisements at the bottom of the screen became in the way of selecting the video option for room level upgrades. It’s almost as if the developers are forcing us to either purchase diamonds or the ad free option. This wasn’t the case before.

I wouldn’t say I don’t like the game but I got the game and there wasn't a lot of ads. I moved and I get on and there’s an ad every 4 to 5 seconds that makes no sense I don’t like it I’m in the middle of playing it and an ad pops on it didn’t do that before I moved. It only popped up the game ads which all you needed to do was press the x. these ads are like 10 seconds long that I’m talking about

I initially really like the game, but for the past few days the ads have been making it impossible to play due to the frequent amount of them within minutes. I had no issues during the first hospital but now im at the second and the ads have been really bad. I dont want to delete the game assuming its a bug but its been very annoying!!

I like this game because it is fun and addictive, but the amount of ads is actually INSANEEE. I can’t move 5 ft in the game without getting an ad, it’s really annoying and I would happily pay for no ads if it was just that not no premium bundle pack.

Overall, this is a wonderful game. I really enjoy playing it. However, the options for the videos are not loading.

I just started playing this game. It is so amazing I recommend everyone in the world to play it.

This game is incredible! One suggestion would be to make a way to get to the other hospitals. I tried to get back to the first on but I can’t figure it out. Please add this feature!!

Second of all i love all the upgrades!
Third of all I’m so happy with this game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
