IT KEEPS FORCESHUTTING DOWN WHENEVER I TRY TO USE IT PLS FIX ASAP ITS ANNOYING

Salam, I had SimplyNikah for a while now and I have not seen a single profile and have no matches but I can understand that because I don't think my profile is even shown. It just shows me a blank white page of nothing and I can only go check my information also I have tried looking for my ethnicity but I don't even see any country near my country name let alone my country. I downloaded SimplyNikah with great hope, but it is disappointing. I have also deleted and redownloaded it at least three times thinking it would be better. But I guess it's time I delete it for good. Thank you.

Won’t let me signup with phone number or email.

Can’t show any thing just showing wait for matches

I’ve had true app for 2 weeks at least and no matches!!! Nothing SimplyNikah is dead!

Stuck on the phone number/ email page & keeps giving me error. Does this not work on NY or America?

Everytime I put my phone number or email it says Bad gateway and won’t let me in. Apparently SimplyNikah isn’t for the Southeastern United States. How disappointing.

App is not working giving error when i try to login, even though i registered myself 2 months ago.

The location on SimplyNikah automatically is set to UK and it won’t let me change it. I’m in the US. Also there’s no way to contact you guys on SimplyNikah for any help or support.

I get that SimplyNikah is new and was supposed to be launched in April but we are 10 days away from July and no updates on launch date. A very bad image for an app I was looking forward to trying

You guys had a over a year to get this right and every time it just gets worse with the date pushed further and further! Frankly I’m shocked that you had an event launch and no app to back it! Please do better!

Duplicated one of my photos and for some reason you can’t update/upload photos. Some of my personal information disappeared. I’ve had SimplyNikah for 5 days now, It hasn’t shown me a single person for me to like or dislike; just keeps saying to give the algorithm more time.

SimplyNikah is still new, but as of right now probably the worst Muslim dating app, doesn’t even really work.

Very weird interface and it’s not user-friendly at all. You can only see someone’s profile if you like them, but if they like you, you can’t click on their profile from the list of people that liked you. All you can do is stare at a tiny image next to their name on the list. Then once you accept their like, then you can only see their profile and you still can’t really see the picture of them. that’s just the main issue I notice, I’ve only had SimplyNikah for two days and I already hate it.

Also.There’s no option of uploading the photo from gallery and the only camera option isn’t working in SimplyNikah .

I appreciate the timer on the profiles before they blur

I liked someone and they liked me back for some reason I can’t text him?

So far SimplyNikah is great but pls work on the glitch
It literally logs me out every minute and I need to start filling answer before I’m being logged back in

Nice app, but maybe add a feature to not allow people from other than your matchmaking preferences (e.g., age or distance) to see your profile let alone like it!
