ShipTracker has a preset location of Spain. You can move the map to the US, but the live tracking rarely shows the ship you’re looking for. Search for the ship will give you the itinerary of the ship . Going back to Ship finder that is free, accurate and easy to live track US ships. This one is a Waste of time and money.
I purchased a short subscription just to track one cruise ship on one cruise. It only shows the position when the ship in within range of land based radar. Why doesn’t it show position in open sea? These ships have GPS. I can get this same info on the web without having to pay for an app.
I purchased ShipTracker by accident. I inadvertently hit the button ony phone to purchase it. I don’t want it. I don’t need it. I won’t use it. I followed the instructions in the previous review to write to someone at the company to get it canceled. I’ve heard nothing. Beware!
Do not purchase!!!! They keep charging card on file and there is no way to contact anyone or remove card! It’s a scam !!
Trying to get a refund. Search is broken and is basically a useless app.
