Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Umax app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Umax app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Umax app on iPhone
Update Umax app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Umax iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Umax on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Umax network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Umax not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Umax app issues:

Force Stop the Umax App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Umax app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Umax to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Umax App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Umax app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Umax.

Fix Umax unable to contact server/ Umax internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Umax » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Umax » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Umax on android.
