I can’t believe there is no audio lessons in the first lesson. I had to read how to pronounce vowels?!! Sorry kaibigans, I wanted to try TurongWika but if you’re going to start it off with reading, that’s not a language app. I see buttons that imply audio can be played but they aren’t working.

I’m American Filipino. Born and raised in U.S. first generation. All my Tito’s and Titas speak it but I never learned to be fluent. I have yet to find an app that teaches Tagolog well that’s interactive enough. I was hoping this would be the one.

I downloaded TurongWika because I heard about it from a YouTuber and I like her channel. I’ll continue to support her but I’ll revisit TurongWika when you give it an up to date current look. For now, I wouldn’t recommend TurongWika. Put audio right away. For goodness sake don’t make people read paragraphs. Even if the audio did play, still too much reading! One can easily find blogs on that stuff to read, in bigger font.

Really good app but needs more content. I purchased the lifetime pass hoping that more lessons would be released.

I love TurongWika the only issue is that in the practice questions, some answers are wrong for example the question is talking about sara and the answer will talk about andre and you cant get the question right even if it’s correctly written. Otherwise its an awesome app

I like TurongWika a lot. It breaks down grammar well. It just doesn’t seem to have an option to upgrade to premium anywhere. I’m not sure how to do that?

I’ve learned a lot so far and I’m only at the beginning! It’s very helpful and nice to use! Usually on other learning by apps I’ll only use it for one or two days. GET TurongWika!! 👍

i have been using TurongWika for a few days now, and it's unlike any other apps i've used to learn tagalog before. i've only noticed one minor glitch. while i'm charging my phone, it will crash and exit me out of TurongWika , making me lose my progress in the lesson. it might be totally unrelated to TurongWika though, so who knows!

I really like TurongWika, I'm going to the Philippines for college in a year so I wanted to touch up on it before I go. I really like how they teach the Grammer and how what it does in a sentence, which was similar to how schools teach teach kids english where I live, so it was easier for me to grasp how to structure the sentence better as my mom taught me that some words are in the sentence because they just are.
