Slow loading/start up. Still waiting for it to work Does not work. Please cancel my subscription.

The item i’m trying to view just keeps running in circles to download VPNOne , which i already did. I still haven’t been able to view the video after 10 attempts.

I was directed to load VPNOne to read a news story. It ask for subscription or 3day trial before charging $6.99 a week.
Yet it never opened and it’s not allowing me to cancel

There is no point in call it protection for free if I’m gonna have to pay for it anyways. Now I can even watch my movie….very disappointed.

I have been unable to locate where to unsubscribe from my trial membership and today or tomorrow is my deadline. Since I didn’t use VPNOne at all I can’t really review it. Please cancel before it draws any money from my account.

VPN was recommended for an article I wanted to read on FB. But VPNOne keeps returning me to purchase VPNOne . Not happy with how this is supposed to work. I’ll cancel as soon as I can find out how‼️

Takes to long to load

It’s all good except once a week at least VPNOne tries to get me to resubscribe and I paid for a year maybe a month ago. That’s actually why I’m doing this review. I’ve tried this time for 2 days and still nothing. I won’t send more money guys!

Recently discovered VPNOne after needing to have a better connection than what my hotspot was provided. It does it’s job and so far no complaints! There. are plans offered for a fair price but for now I am sticking to the free version which works great. May try out a package soon to compare it to the free version.

If you do the same thing over and over, it should never be boring, you should just be getting good at it or at least better!

Just got VPNOne and it is so good if you need faster internet.i recommend that you get it because you won’t need to worry about slow internet speeds

I'm not saying that it was through VPN One but last week I connected to the wifi on my school campus on my Macbook and connected to the VPN One. I logged into my bank shortly after to pay some bills. 15-20 minutes later while sitting in lecture and the Macbook in front of me. I got an email stating that someone had made a transfer in my bank account. I thought it was maybe a spam email so I tried logging into my bank, and I got an error stating it was locked due to many login attempts. I called and it turns out thieves cleared out my savings and bank account and made a cash advance on my credit card totaling $5000. How they did this is beyond me I was absolutely connected to the VPN.

The security team through my bank instructed me to do a virus scan on my macbook and I ran several different programs and not one virus and malware was found so it is apparent that someone was watching me log into my bank account.

It could very well be that someone had my information prior but I have been only connected to VPN One ever since I paid for the service 3 weeks ago.

Never had a problem with VPN One on my home desktop thats connected to my own wifi. So maybe it had something to do with the public wifi, but I have no idea how networks work or how hackers can see my login information while I'm sitting there at my computer.

5 stars for great service but I put 3 star because I'm a little bit Leary of the VPN service.

This vpn is so reliable and does an excellent job of protecting my info. I recommend this to anyone looking for a vpn that never fails. and works well.

It was the best, fast and stable. But since 2020,,,,,it turns to very unstable and slow,,,,,most of the times, it shows that “connected”, but end up with no actual internet service...

Okay I’m dumb but ignore that part, so recently I’ve been getting weird location targeted ads for Dallas. Spoiler, I don’t live anywhere near Dallas. It wasn’t until tonight that I realized it was because of this VPN. I think it’s the best thing ever, definitely a big fan.

Not much to say besides it's worth what you pay for.

I enjoy using this application, but after 2 months of using it I can’t use it. It is stuck on the main screen of the UI and just says “ disconnecting”. I am unable to do anything with it currently. Again great product and service but please fix this issue, as well as the constant drop outs that happen to me while using the VPN.

Highly recommend for international travel.

Easy to use, doesn't slow speeds very much (10% at the most...usually less). I ran a battery of security and dns leak tests, VPN One passed all of them with flying colors. I did contact support once (email) with a question, they replied with a complete answer in less than an hour. I can't find a negative about them. Best part...they OWN their servers, they don't lease space on someone else's equipment...that's very rare in the VPN market and critical for privacy.

Easy to install and use. This VPN gives you choice of server countries. Some interesting searches can pop say when you use an Argentina server, some international corporation web sites come up in Spanish.
VPN One makes me feel protected as this keeps my IP address safe in a world where everything you do on the computer is in a huge database.
