How to fix SecretFans app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SecretFans app on iPhone
Update SecretFans app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SecretFans iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SecretFans on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SecretFans network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SecretFans Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SecretFans not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SecretFans App
1. On android, goto Settings » SecretFans » click [Force Stop]

Update SecretFans to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SecretFans App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SecretFans » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SecretFans.

Fix SecretFans unable to contact server/ SecretFans internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SecretFans » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SecretFans » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
