I keep trying to upgrade to pro and it doesn’t let me. I thought with NotAFilmCamera updating I would be able to upgrade. Please fix.
Recently was looking for a disposable camera as I love its retro vibe but wanted to take more photos with it and didn’t want to pay so much for film. I found NotAFilmCamera, saw the great reviews, and immediately installed it and those reviews are certainly justified. The amount of simple customizability and amazing filters are great. One thing that I am confused about is the pro version. When I click on the pro button in the settings, the page just loads infinitely. NotAFilmCamera is great and I would be interested in paying a bit for more features but the page doesn’t load so hopefully that fixes soon. Other than that, amazing app.
Great concept. Relax and shoot photos without worrying how they came out. Shoot 24 exposures and then “develop” them to see the results. It really takes pressure off creating the “perfect pic” and just appreciate the moment. Lots of different film sticks to take advantage of along with controls to get the right look. You can even create/design your own film stock. Bravo to the creator!
The rolls concept, and waiting for a batch before developing brings you back to a time before digital cameras. It adds a sense of whimsy as well as eagerness to develop a roll and see how the shots turned out. Less about capturing the perfect photo, and more about staying in the moment and seeing the memories later when you’ve filled up a roll. Awesome app. Beautiful filters and film grain.
We’ve all searched up “film camera” before and gotten pretty mixed results. NotAFilmCamera has the best filters I’ve ever seen, they are very realistic compared to real film. The concept of waiting for them to develop is really fun too but it can be annoying sometimes.
This has to be one of the best photo apps, it need more recognition. or keep it underground so nobody hoops on the film camera trend. but with all the different film its so unique and a whole new vibe every time. big love-jude👊🏼
I just found NotAFilmCamera like 2 months ago and I really enjoy it, I love retro / vintage cameras and I love this film cam, if you like retro style film cams then u should for sure give this one a try! Definitely an A+ in my book lol 😆
I was really surprised how well NotAFilmCamera portrayed the snapshots as film photos. The whole “filling a roll before being able to see them” thing is super cool. Great job on NotAFilmCamera.
