Absolutely terrible experience. App is horrible, everything about it. Password process, billing, communication, everything. I check daily for my bill (which was astronomical), it always says 0. Then, I get a $550 dollar bill for 1 month with a late fee and a threat to go to collections. I am leaving this horrid company and app! Absolutely terrible experience
You can’t add cards for payment. You can’t use the ez pay feature. Bugged
It only give you error codes when you try to log in.
Don’t let you use usage. Don’t use 4ChangeEnergy only use the website.
just like other reviews, 4ChangeEnergy will not let me login using my CORRECT credentials. THE DEVELOPER HAS NOT UPDATED THE EXPERIENCE. no option to change password. so now i guess i just have to accept my bill with no oversight. Pay for a competent app developer and/or think about how to actually keep your customers. BC i’m gone if this isn’t fixed…. soon!
Login failed every time on 4ChangeEnergy . Tried to login on the website and it kicks me back to the main homepage every time. Reset password like it asked more than once. Not a good way to start out new service. Regretting switching already.
I have all of my login information typed out correctly and check multiple times before logging in and it won’t do anything!!! I need to pay my bill soon and it’s making it very difficult to do so!! PLEASE UPDATE 4ChangeEnergy REGULARLY!!!!!
Tried a few times qualifying passwords until one finally worked, but haven’t gotten the verification email after waiting for an hour.
I’ve had 4ChangeEnergy and now I can’t sign into my account at all. There is not any place to change password. Maybe my account has been compromised.
Will not let me sign in with former user ID and password. Will not let me sign in as a new user. Get your technology straightened out so we can get service.
It won’t me log in and I know my password and user name are correct!
Why do they roll an app that can not even enable registration? Whoever design this is an absolute failure. I hope he did it for free.
I get it now. 4ChangeEnergy requires a short and easy/hackable password 6-10 characters In length. Lol
