just like other reviews, the app will not let me login using my CORRECT credentials. THE DEVELOPER HAS NOT UPDATED THE EXPERIENCE. no option to change password. so now i guess i just have to accept my bill with no oversight. Pay for a competent app developer and/or think about how to actually keep your customers. BC i’m gone if this isn’t fixed…. soon!

Login failed every time on the app. Tried to login on the website and it kicks me back to the main homepage every time. Reset password like it asked more than once. Not a good way to start out new service. Regretting switching already.

I have all of my login information typed out correctly and check multiple times before logging in and it won’t do anything!!! I need to pay my bill soon and it’s making it very difficult to do so!! PLEASE UPDATE THE APP REGULARLY!!!!!
