App doesn’t work for me?

I don’t know why this app doesn’t work I activated the free subscription and proceeded to activate the VPN and it’s literally not existing there’s nothing you can tap on the app it’s just a blank screen? I think it’s cause I live in the USA i don’t know? the app doesn’t work at all?

I was told this was a good app and I recently got a charge of 89 dollars?? I go to check what app took my money.(The money did not get taken out because I didn’t have enough on my card)
When I see its this app I immediately go to cancel the subscription. Also, im pretty sure there is hackers involved with this because some of my passwords were getting leaked without me knowing.
