Terrible customer support for p2w players

Game randomly crashed and I’ve been stuck on the loading screen. Genuinely disappointed but I’m glad I only spent money on a single recharge. Please fix this and I’ll give the game 5 star

Nothing sets it apart from the competition.

I got the $4.99 monthly card and it charged me $19.98. That’s never happened to me in any game.

Unfortunately due to bad geography, my internet connection is poor. This could result in you losing out on a purchase. Spent $20 on a pack that i never received, but their system says I received the items. I didn’t, but I can’t blame them for thinking I did. That being said, MAKE SURE you have a solid connection if you're going to purchase a pack so you don't get screwed over like I did. They don’t go by an honor system. Again, I can’t blame them… Also, if you do happen to have a bad connection, plan on suffering a number of small losses that accumulate and effect progress over time. Good luck!

Not sure what’s going on with this game but it’s stuck on loading screen on my iPhone I’ve turned my phone off and back on plus I have other games I play and they do just fine. This is a big issue in a brand new game.

I’m sure you’ve heard, “oH, tHis GAme iS sO F2P FrIEndLy!” I’ve been playing this game for coming on 9 months now, and, for a while, I believed that schlock. But, I’m here to tell you right now- If you want to compete in any meaningful way in this game, be prepared to spend money. See, for a while, on my server, it was me (moderate spender- probably $300 in) and a pair of whales. I was able to compete with them. Just played hard, spent smart, and stuck with it and I could sometimes eke out a 1st or 2nd place in some events. Then, the servers got merged and they got all of us fighting tooth and nail for table scraps. Which makes this high-end PvP content (where they hide the really good rewards (SP Dragon Shards)) so painful now, because the rewards just aren’t in it for the effort. Not when you can just buy your way to the top spots. All told, the updates are spotty and unreliable (had to go 3 months without a new Dragon because one of their art devs left), the content is boring and tedious (if you need a skip feature, you need to rethink your game (don’t even get me started on this cloud popping schtick)) and everything is lathered with a rich coat of monetization. I’m stuck here, because I run a guild of good folks and I got a yearly pass to milk dry. But, I’m here to warn you off of this one- don’t make the same mistake I did.

The game is overall fun except when you encounter bugs and have no way of reporting it, so no one fixes it..I have had issues with saving teams in grand adventure and having the tickets replenish every 3 hrs, when I try to purchase tickets with diamonds, the diamonds get deducted, but I don’t get any tickets..hard it want to continue to play with so many basic bugs..

The game was dope and fun. Then about 3 or 4 days into the start of my game I close it out like I did before. The next time I open it up to do some things and I’m at the tutorial! Of course I asked the customer service how to get my stuff back and go through all the prompts and sends pics and stuff and it’s been over 48 hours and no news or returned my original account! So I deleted it because the company doesn’t care enough to give me any information on if they can get the account back or why it disappeared. Do Better y’all!

The game is literally a copy and paste of one of the company's games, that being 'Eternal Evolutions' but with dragons.
You'd think that it'd be different but it's a carbon copy of the game, same problems, same heroes with different names, same abilites. Summoners are still broken, everything is overpriced, slow paced unless you purchase something in the store, and game still crashes the exact same way just like 'Eternal Evolutions.'
The game crashes, like a lot of crashes. Not even 10-15 minutes of gameplay or just going back and forth between game screens will crash your game. You'd think that'd be fixed, but no.
The game overheats your phone like no tomorrow, you have a hand warmer in your hands until you basically close SummonDragons2 .
If you liked 'Eternal Evolutions,' you'll like this game. It's practically the same!

Game has crazy potential but is most definitely pay to play.
You can’t even join servers soon as they start because people are putting hundreds in to jump to levels it takes you weeks to reach.
If it wasn’t for that the game actually is pretty great. But you can’t compete at all if you don’t have the money lol

This is a fun gacha game and has lots of potential but these pack deals are crazzzy expensive. They don’t offer you free rainbow crystals/advance summons much so you have to buy them but $50- $100 for 60 summons and you may only get the drag once?? Thats just madness to me and theres not much in the $99 packs either that makes it worth that amount. At a point you can’t progress and you would either wait or spend money.

To the developers, The price and contents of the packs need to be reconsidered!!! This can hurt your game.

This game is a cut and paste of eternal evolution.
From the gameplay to the rewards. The best thing to do is to shut down the game and start over from the beginning.

Very fun in the beginning with lots to do and the only thing holding you back is summoning. I’m at the point now where leveling up dragons and evolving them and the equipment is taking more resources than the game is giving me without paying so I need to stop and log in once a day for resources.

I love dragons, and having a huge collection of them sounded neat, so I started playing, but there is a huge issue, multiple. First, they gate the most powerful dragons from growing stronger by making it so every other evo requires a copy, this isn’t terrible for S and below, but for SSS and Sp it’ll be nearly impossible unless you pay, which is inane, and ridiculous, secondly, although the game is well made, it shoved advertisements in your face, do not fall for these or the “1824% value” or some such, I have just reached a total power of 1.1 million while only spending about 5 dollars, I’d probably be at 1 million without that, so spending isn’t necessary, however, I have been playing non-stop nearly since the game’s release, with the highest activity in the guild I’m in, but I am lagging behind the guild leader by nearly two-fold, which is a little frustrating to say the least. Be wary of the issues, although I recommend the game, don’t spend too much on it

Very fun fun lots to do but hard to play with friends, wish the creators would make it more friend friendly like trading and donating and pvp and visiting bases and etc

I’ve been playing for about 2 months. It’s still a developing game, but eventually you will run out of stuff to do. It’s a fun game to play casually, but there’s no need to get overly invested as new content is few and far between. The only dragons that have been “added” are their super rare ‘SSS’ dragons, which realistically require you to spend a lot of money to acquire and upgrade. The advertisements in the game aren’t in-your-face luckily, and the only advertisements you do see are for in-app purchases, and not other apps.

I gave this four stars only because I know SummonDragons2 store tries to show good reviews. To start off, if you enjoy being constantly bombarded with “Special Package!” popups at nearly every corner, then you might like this game. And just like the last game, the UI is a total mess of shiny buttons advertising events, season passes(yes. multiple.) and other nonsense demanding your money. It’s annoying, tacky, literally plays itself, uses FOMO mechanics, and the rewards are a pain to collect(no collect all button). This game is designed to get you addicted and consider paying up. DONT fall for these tactics. If SummonDragons2 store was more honest, I’d give it 2 stars.

It won't open anymore after the update yesterday.

The game is not bad it just how quick u get soft locked once u reach a certain level ur progression is slow or their no progression at all if you don’t use money that all they need to fix ,

The customer service bot doesn’t seem to be running, but I’ve lost my account! It undid my data overnight and won’t let me ask about it in chat unless I do a bunch of progress in the game. Not sure how to actually contact for help

The game and game play is great. Even at 30 million power there are. Numerous events to play giving hours of play time a day. The only bad part is the pricing for in game purchases. Anything you wish to buy in game is WILDLY overpriced. Not sure who is making the prices for purchase but they are not smart. I would gladly spend more if the cost to received in game material and progression made sense but you would need to spend thousands to get decent rewards. It’s different when you start out the game but the costs for goods is not worth how much you pay.

I don’t understand why games like this refuse to let you go to settings unless you play a whole world. Took way too long of me being blasted in the ear by this horrible music. It’s the most generic sounding music I’ve ever heard for a video game and I never want to hear it again. Make this option available at the beginning or you will lose players

The game reminds of all generic idle rpg games. But I didn’t play much so take my review as you wish. Good graphics.

This game is amazing! It has over exceeded my expectations, but I do have a problem. In the fallen forest challenge in the ancient domain, I can only move on five tiles after defeating the first challenging dragon I come across. There’s a floating stone in the way to the other tiles, so I can’t progress by challenging other dragons and gaining runes. There’s no instructions on how to move it. When I tap on it, it says to move onto a accessible tile, but I only five options, none of which help me progress. I think you should have it when you defeat the enemy dragon, the stone should vanish, so players can continue. Please fix, so I can continue playing in that area and gaining rewards. Thanks!

I would like to see in the new updates you can rename your dragons + breeding them as well besides that the game is pretty good but I would love to see we players can rename our dragons and as well breeding them 🥰😅

This game is awesome and really fun they reward you with lots of rewards. But I do have a problem with this game and it’s that some dragon have intro sounds but most of them don’t especially the SSS dragon. I hope the developers sees this and make a change to it this game has lots of potential but the dragons need some love they all look amazing but it’s missing a very important aspect and that is voice what is a dragon with out it’s glorious roar! Make a change and I’m sure other players are thinking the same too again this game is awesome and it’s fun to play. Also price need to be reconsider $99 for a 1 SSS and 40 summon is not enough add some more to it or bring down the price, especially you need more then 1 copy of the dragon to make that dragon shine! I was admittedly a little worried this would just be one of those silly unfinished Instagram ad games when I first saw the advertisement, but I gave in and preordered it since it had dragons, and I couldn’t help myself.

Honestly?? Totally worth it.

It’s got AFK features where you can easily auto breeze through levels without even needing to tap much ~ but also wonderful interactive features which really keep you interested such as the arena, and other level minigames.

The animation is quite stunning on the highest graphics level, and I haven’t had any issues with lag, or crashing (IPhone 14 Pro Max for reference of device).

The dragon designs are pretty original from what I can tell, which is always a good sign.

It’s not ridiculously difficult to learn mechanics, and has just enough in depth features to keep you interested.

Summoning feature is pretty typical to other “gacha” (I sincerely apologize if I spelled that incorrectly) games, nothing too much to mark off there in a good or bad sense. It’s enjoyable!

Doesn’t seem super pay-to-win so far. They make it pretty easy to get new dragons and items without having to pay, but of course there is the option to if you don’t want to put in the time! To each their own.

Overall, here’s my rating in reference to other games I’ve played of similar categories:

Gameplay: 9/10

Graphics: 8/10

Story: 5/10 (it’s not bad! I just keep skipping it personally😅)

Designs: 9.5/10

Activity Span: 6/10

Difficulty: 3/10

Entertainment Aspect: 10/10

It really does seem like they put a lot of work into this game, and I hope to see it thrive and continue to update!

When I first started I all ready like it

If you’ve played Eternal Evolution then you’ll know how to play this. For all its strange pacing it is even-handed with f2p elements and just tactical enough to be engaging. The number of packs, currencies and opportunities to spend money is overwhelming at times, but it’s not deal breaker if you’re focused on the gentle f2p progression. Overall a good formula to pass the time and feel invested. Also the dragons are generally well presented and the colors are beautiful.

This is a great game with lots of potential to become even better. Some bugs for example are when building warm nests, then it becomes glitched to where the game does not think you have built it, leaving a built warm nest that game doesnt think is there. At the moment, i have two extra built nests that cannot be used to harvest / grow eggs.

Another glitch is the battle order quests tab in the “grand opening festival” that leaves you in s black screen after pressing it.

The game should add some variety and modifiable additions to the game such as being able to rotate buildings. Ive found that there is not enough space to place almost every building. This leaves out the player’s freedom to place / modify their dragonville to their liking or aesthetic.

Ive also found that certain materials become very much scarce and difficult to find such as the purple things that level up traits, causing more difficulty in progressing with the game and flow.

The game already exceeds my expectations and interest, making me feel like this will be a long term game. I hope that the developers continue with the great work and fix whatever is necessary for this new game.

Really enjoy playing the game however the more you progress the the longer you have to wait. Really takes away from the potential screen time for a more immersive gameplay. I think adding a way to reward player for wanted to grind and collect more / better loot would definitely help this game out. My dragons just reached level 170 but I need to wait one full day to even think of upgrading one by 1 lv. Adding additional stories that are restricted by a daily pass system would also make this better. Really hope the developers get to see this comment !!!

It’s great! Perfect pace, amazing colors and graphics, and an intriguing storyline.

Genuinely one of the best games I have played. Every day I can’t wait to see what new event they have going and what new quests I have to complete. There is great character designs for so many characters and the graphics and music are fantastic!! Would definetly recommend!
