Slot on the side that looks like it will take sd card is just a blank, I tried to put a card in, card is now living inside the printer.
Support - first printer they asked for printers of everything, I sent them pictures of all the serial numbers, screen shots and even a video. Obviously they have no quality control done every time I contacted them, they asked for the same information over and over.
Connectivity issues galore. I have great wifi on both my phone and printer, yet it always says to reconnect. I tap on that, and the screen is blank. This happens CONSTANTLY. Iβd say CrealityCloudLite works 15% of the time at best. That goes for the full version and the Lite version.
Too difficult to use tried for hours itβs just does not respond. There should be a better way of uploading files to be printed.
When I go to sign up it gives an error that my sign up has timed out and to try again. Not impressed.
None of the sign up or sign in options work making CrealityCloudLite totally useless
It cannot find my device which exists on the website.
Doesnβt work. Canβt load your files. Canβt connect with printer
Both the full and lite versions need language localization. The initial set up guide is in Chinese with no option to change.
Straight forward found my printer Yes initial log in is a bit cumbersome due to security measures but no real issues apart from that
