I WAITED ALL THIS TIME FOR THIS?!
They’ve been hyping up their new betting sportsbook for awhile now and finally it came and it’s a dud. If I could give it a negative star I would. Im still stuck on trying to get verified. I did everything right when I signed up and still am waiting for my ID to be verified. What’s worse is I can’t get any answers. Tried emailing support and they never got back with me. Tried calling but could never get to talk to someone. It’s always nobody is available so leave a voicemail and someone will get back with me soon. Of course they never do. And the live 24/7 chat. I wait for a long time and twice I got to chat with someone and got two different answers. Then other times I’ve waited a long time to chat the session just randomly ended without me chatting with someone. So again I’ve waited all this time for this to be an epic failure so far. If I’m going through all of this just to get verified I’m afraid what I’ll be going through IF and I mean IF I finally get verified and start betting. Talk about ESPN Bet making a very bad first impression.

Was excited to get on this app because i use ESPN for all my sports as it is already. These mf’s have had my account saying “we’re still verifying your identity” it has said that for multiple days and still no update, I’ve reached out to support and they say it’s supposed to be another 24 hours. If you have over a week for your account to be verified then great, but if you like instant gratification like any other human being, this isn’t the app for you
