I paid $7.00 dollars for a subscription for a week . I uploaded my photos and then when I I tried too process them AIRetroPhotos froze up and would not work at all . I requested a refund immediately and got told it was ineligible for a refund… Scam app very disappointed….

AIRetroPhotos take photos of people for input then puts other people that is do not recognize in the resulting photo. I wanted to have the same people in the output and not strangers.

Claim there’s a free trial, states to send you notifications before renewal then Charge you instantly before you even use AIRetroPhotos once…

AIRetroPhotos offered a 7 day free trial and I canceled within 48 hours. They still charged me and Apple will not refund with no explanation. Do not download!

Awful, app froze and couldn’t restart, said “calculating” for two hours. Good idea, poor, poor execution.

I downloaded AIRetroPhotos because of a friend and enabled the free trial. As soon as i confirmed the free trial it said “Success you subscribed for the year!” There was no free trial it said there was and then just charged me the full year price. I asked for a refund but im not getting any responses. If your the developer and reading this, im not the only one. Please refund the money and fix that issue. Unless it worked perfectly and this is what you intended to do. Scam people. Be careful people, it says free trial and when your about to confirm it, its gonna just charge you the full amount.

I just bought this and selected the free trial option thinking if i didn’t like AIRetroPhotos I would be able to delete it before it charged me. Instead it immediately charged me the yearly subscription and I now made a request for a refund. The little I saw while using AIRetroPhotos was fine, but had a limited amount of prompts.

You can’t even do some for free. They charge you for everything. Not worth it.

Charged for year when i canceled the same day. Apple refused to refund due to it being ineligible. They have weekly option but charged us for year. Scam!

AIRetroPhotos stated 3 day free trial. I had it for a few hours and cancelled AIRetroPhotos and was charged $39.99! Ridiculous and shady!!!!

Very disappointing. AIRetroPhotos doesn't know the difference between men and women, there is no way to control gender. Most pictures never even rendered… terrible product. Waste of my time and money

AIRetroPhotos is very disappointing. Paid for a year subscription and after making only a few poor quality pictures for me , starts asking for more money if you want to make more. Cancelled immediately and contacted Apple for a refund.

So I payed for the subscription but idk if AIRetroPhotos is slowly falling apart because everytime I go to use the filter it keeps redirecting me to if u wanna buy a subscription but I already have one AIRetroPhotos used to work for me all the time now it doesn't

Got a subscription, but after doing two photos, anytime I try it keeps taking me to the subscription page… but I already have one. Don’t use AIRetroPhotos!!

I have a subscription paid up for the year. I had to get a different iPad. Now it tells me to subscribe all over again. So if I do that it pops up the apple notification that I’m already subscribed. Click ok and AIRetroPhotos almost seems normal. Then when you go to make an image it says you must be subscribed. Can’t use the product even though I paid for it. Bummer

I clicked for a three day trial, you proceeded to process payment anyways. Just to look at AIRetroPhotos to see you have to pay for the packages, then why off a years membership to only have to pay extra to use? I didn’t authorize any form of payment, I know one persons business won’t break your bank especially because you already broke mine.

It tries to charge your card the full amount while in the trial period. So be prepared to have a $70 hold on your card.🤬

They offer a trial but immediately charge you. Won’t refund. AIRetroPhotos itself works most times. A lot of times your fingers are weird or you have half or straight hair and curly because you can tell two pics were spliced. It’s ridiculous they can offer a trial and not provide it. Bad business. Don’t recommend an untrustworthy company.

I signed up for the free trial, canceled immediately, and was still charged a year’s subscription. How do I get my money back? I can’t find any support options on AIRetroPhotos . I am not using the free trial whatsoever, so I see no reason why I should be charged a full year’s subscription. Do better.

I downloaded AIRetroPhotos with the advertised free trial period but my account was charged immediately, so I had to dispute this. Shady.

They just want your money which I know is obvious. But not even allow you to sample a few before buying is lame. Why would I ever buy an app like this without seeing the quality first. Bunch of lames!!!!

AIRetroPhotos is a scam. It doesn’t even allow one single sample. It wants you to pay and subscribe before you can actually even see what it can do with your photos. This is clearly a rip off. No way I am fall for this blatant money grab. You want me to subscribe, show me what you can do.

It says you get a free one time 18 photos but when you go to click continue, it doesn’t do anything I even close AIRetroPhotos a few times to see if it was a glitch but nothing. They force you to choose the option of giving them five dollars a week to create your pictures.

Thought it was a cute app at first definitely wanted to give it a try but right off the bat it wants money to try anything and not just a couple of dollars we’re talking $$$

Photos are WATERMARKED where it covers up text in the template design. You purchase a service and they watermark your pictures? The quality is horrible. Only two pictures looked somewhat decent to keep. I wish I never saw the false advertising ad as what I saw advertised I didn’t get. App is a joke and I highly recommend. Try at your own risk!

It’s a joke. Every pic you choose from your library doesn’t meet there regulation requirements.

Don’t waist your money.

The results are cool, but the titles are cut off in the frame, which would make it look a lot better and it says We Look Cute at the bottom of everything you save. It’s not even just a watermark. If you pay for an app, you would hope to not have that. Definitely glad I opted for just a week subscription.

Good app except there is no way to remove the watermarks as far as I can tell. Pictures look good but are basically app adverts without the option to remove them.

I was enjoying AIRetroPhotos because it was free but now it wants money to make more pictures than 6 cmon give us the free version back

These AI pics are pretty good and hilarious. BUT if you aren’t planning to subscribe and pay the $6.99 weekly fee, BEWARE!
I signed up for the “Free 3-day trial” and cancelled it the very same day. Despite this, they still charged me $6.99. So watch your billing closely.
I’ve requested a refund, and it better be issued. But this Makes me wonder how many people they do this to that either don’t notice or don’t speak up.

It’s a cute idea but it’s a paid subscription (a stupid IG ad caught my attention) and it takes at least an hour for a photo to generate.

AIRetroPhotos is so cute and fun. It’s like AI Instagram. You and your friends can be in any image you can think of. And not photoshopped. The images are literally brand new and look like you guys really took them. All the other AI apps just do 1 person, but this does multiple people. You want the cutest pics of you and your boyfriend or girlfriend - easy. You just saved $200 and hours trying to convince them to take pics lol. You want to imagine yourself with your favorite person - easy. You want to put you and your friends in Beverly Hills getting photographed by the paparazzi - easy. The photos actually look like real Instagram style pics. Not weird like so many other AI photos do. I literally spend hours on this with my friends. I saw people at my school using it and then I saw it all over TikTok and Instagram a few days later. This is the first AI product that I’ve used for more than a week. I love itttt <3

They make my boyfriend look so hot cute and seksy im obsessed this is my new favorite hobby too bad it costs money but it’s fun and I’m obsessed. Sometimes Ai gets it wrong with prompts
